Ā + -1 moreThe two guys were here on time. I asked them to pressure wash a small patio in the backyard that is growing moss for a small fee and it now looks great. The driveway is now clean and bright and I am not afraid to walk on it even if it is wet. My driveway is incline.

Most importantly we had some additional request for down sprout cleaning as our home has bends on piping very high near roof line - Jay the owner and Nicole the administrator made sure team coming back once more to take care of it completely. Even walked my wife through potential improvements feasible in our gutter system. Unparalleled professionalism and service! We will highly recommend them and would work with them in future! Ā + 1 moreThe 2-man crew arrived on time, ready to work. They powerwashed some old concrete pavers that were covered with moss and mud, and also spayed off our shed. We can see the pavers now - they were practically invisible before - and it is now easier to go into that section of the yard and down the steep paved path so further work in that area can proceed. They did a fine job.

Ā + 0 moreThey showed up on time and seemed to do a good job and were very professional about it. The ladders they used to reach the 2nd story had overhangs at the top of the ladder so they were never resting on the gutters. I assume they did a good job and since we have a 2 story house I wasn't about to climb a ladder to inspect all their work. The 1 item I didn't like is that their original estimate didn't include taxes and since I paid in advance I was told after they completed the service that taxes were due. I would consider using them again.

Ā + 1 moreThey were on time, and did almost everything we asked them to do. However, we had also requested a small gutter repair to be done. Unfortunately, this was not done because, as I was later informed, the job supervisor had not "properly stocked his truck." Chinook offered to come back and to the repair for free due to this oversight. (Pretty swell offer of them.) I declined as I had already purchased the gutter screws and wanted to do the repair myself anyway. Seems like a decent, honorable company; would not hesitate to go to them again.
Description of Work: Cleaned the gutters, as far as I've been told. Not much of the gutters can be seen from inside, but my wife tells me they cleaned them and took everything away.

Ā + -1 moreThey were prompt and courteous. I assume the gutters and downspouts are clean though I'm not getting on the roof to check. They cleaned up well since I saw no debris anywhere. My only issue is I asked about one downspout because it is draining too close to the house. I wasn't home when they provided the service so I asked them to leave word with their office with their recommendation. The recommendation was to add a gutter extension to provide better drainage but the office person said they don't do that kind of work. So I have to find someone else to do it. That's my only disappointment.

Ā + 3 moreMichael arrived in a clean, new van. He is very courteous and methodical about his trade. Know he is fully trained in both Plumbing and Electrical. First started on the long project, the shower surround from Vigo. He made sure all parts were provided, read all instructions and took the time to explain all of my What, Where, Why , Who, and How questions. He then moved onto figuring out the wiring in the bathroom as the Romex wires were all just bundled up inside the outlet boxes, so I was not sure which of the 3 lines controlled which fixture. We then replaced 2 older switches with GFCI outlets in 2 bathrooms. He finished with installing my shower faucet and rain arm shower head. Michael is a great asset for Chinook Services.
