The crew did a thorough job, arrived on time, cleaned around the entire house, when finished. The estimate was the most reasonable compared to the other bids received and included a 5 year warranty against future moss growth. I would definitely hire them again.

Chinook Services provided excellent service, and was responsive and accommodating during a busy, holiday season. I was in a bind because I had a tenant moving in under extenuating circumstances, and needed the carpets cleaned ASAP. I called other carpet cleaners, but they were not available. Chinook adjusted their schedule, made it work and saved the day for me. Chinook also has their business processes in order. They issued their confirmation and receipt electronically immediately. Their technician was competent, courteous and professional. I had a great experience with them, and would hire them again.

The two gentlemen who performed the work were friendly and professional. We were very satisfied with their work quality, their prompt arrival, and the duration of the work being as-expected. They left us with some friendly suggestions for future roof maintenance (which we knew were on point) without pressuring us. The folks we interacted with on the phones did a great job in taking care of our questions. I forgot to ask something during my first call, and lines were busy when I called back, but I got a return call within minutes. They seem popular/busy (for good reason), but were still fully engaged and patient when talking with me. We expect to use Chinook Services again in the future.

Excellent service. Quality work. I needed steam cleaning immediately. Chinook was able to respond during the busy, holiday season when others could not. I chose Chinook for their truck-mounted, steam cleaning system which, I believe, is more effective than the mobile ones.

Had a terrible time with moss on driveway and two years ago they got it under control and this year they kept it under control. Excellent service. Roof Cleaning and Gutter good job as I have lots of pine needles around me. Overall Excellent service.

They were very professional. They were quick but thorough. They did miss some debris in the driveway but I took care of it . all the back deck and most of the driveway were cleaned up nicely. Thanks for a job well done!

They arrived when they said they would. They did a good job and took care of little things I asked them to do. Their pricing is reasonable. Furthermore, I recently had to call them back because of an issue with one of my gutters and they came back immediately and remedied the situation at no charge. I highly recommend Chinook Services.

They had some decent advice around the services they would or could provide, and they even steered us away from a service that would not work for us. They were very pleasant and friendly and did a little extra work cleaning some mildew from the side of the house. However, several things went wrong: 1. OPEN: They applied a product with bleach that destroyed plants, discolored our bronze oiled door handle, the front door, and the front door kick plate. We chose not to bring this up to them as we wanted to focus more on the next few items. 2. RESOLVED: They improperly installed a dryer vent tube which promptly fell off at the first dryer load. They did come back that evening after a fair amount of convincing, implemented a temporary fix to get us through the weekend, then came back to install the proper fix on Monday. 3. RESOLVED: At least 1-2 windows were not thoroughly rinsed. We called to request they come back and rinse them as they are high up on the second floor. They called to find out if the window was washed, and when we said no, they went to check on getting someone out. 4. RESOLVED: When we originally scheduled the service, we mentioned that our downspout was most likely clogged due to improper installation. And, if standard downspout cleaning didn't do the job, they said they would come back out (for a fee, of course) to remove it in order to clear the clog. After the first rain, the gutters continued to overflow. We called to see if they would come to address the downspout. At the time of the call, they said they would call back "right away". Two days later, we have heard nothing. 5. CANCELED: HVAC concern removed as it is not related to this service. We had our original review pulled down and adjusted the review to reflect the accuracy of the repairs noted above. We are satisfied with the progress so far.

The roof looked very nice when completed, almost like new.

Neva, in the office, was very responsive. She was able to have a team at my house in a couple of days to do my windows. Two young men came and did a great job. They were careful of the surroundings and always wore cloth boots when they were in the house. I had tried to schedule with another window company two times with no success, so Chinook was a great find.

When I called, sales person said deal was for four areas at $199 and two additional areas would be $75 each. The deal on your web site said up to 1000 sq ft for $199, no mention of four areas or additional charges. Went with another company.

Mike Tippetts did an exceptional job on steam cleaning all of our carpeting in 6 rooms and stairs of our home + same for upholstery of two coaches in our camper. I'm especially impressed with the results on carpet in kid's craft room which was I was thinking we might have to replace, but looks fabulous now. Upholstery in our camper looks brand new! Mike is an exceptionally hard worker and I appreciated that he kept the estimate bill the same, despite the stains in kid's craft room.

Charles and Blake did a great job! They were thorough, professional and gave us a fair quote for a home that has 60 windows, most of which were leaded glass and very old. They said they would be four hours and that was what the job took. We were very pleased with the outcome!

Fast and efficient. Cost was very good. No complaints.

Front desk was punctual with setting up an appointment. They came and they had forgotten their towels so canceled. They said the front desk might schedule for some time this week. I called the next am and they said they would be there at 1:30pm. At 1pm I got a call and he seemed unaware that I had spoken with front desk. He said he would be there at 1:30. He arrived at 3:15. Very pleasant young men and clearly were trying to please. However, we had to point out some windows that weren't done or not done well and it was kind of a hit or miss experience. I am not inclined to use them in the future.

Great, Jeramiah and Taylor did an excellent job going beyond the scope of the job. We paid for the premium option and were not disappointed. They were very careful around our prized outdoor plants to not do any damage. Very kind and respectful guys. I would highly recommend this team and company for any of their services.

I was very pleased. Two polite and courteous young men came right on time, explained what they would do, and confirmed the estimate I had been given. My driveway and steps have never been cleaner. They worked on moss on my shed and house roofs, treating it so that it will dissolve in a month or so in order that the roof would not be damaged - and assured me they would return if that did not happen. This was the treatment I wanted. They finished in good time. I will definitely hire them again for other projects as well.
