Ā + -1 moreI purchased the $169 deal for window cleaning up to 2000 sq ft. My house is around 2400 sq ft and they let me know when scheduling that there may be an extra charge. Scheduling was easy and the guy I spoke to was really nice. Two guys showed up right on time and got right to work, one doing the inside and the other the outside. They were very nice and didn't charge me anything extra for the added square footage. I was able to add on my skylights for $5 each. My windows are now sparkling and letting in so much more light.

Ā + -1 moreThe whole experience was positive - the scheduling team was very responsive, contacting me within a day of reaching out (I'd contacted them through their website) to schedule the cleaning. The day of the appointment, the team showed up during the window (it's worth noting that it was at the end of the window, but given that this was the first clear day in a while, I'm sure it was because the team was quite busy, and they did show up within the arrival window). The team promptly got to work. I had to leave while they were working, and they were gone when I returned (several hours later), but aside from looking in the gutters (which were now quite clean) you wouldn't have known they were there. Overall a very good experience.

Ā + 0 moreOffice Manager Nicole offered to install the anchoring system at no charge, but I am very upset that this unexpected cost was not included in the original quote and how do I know they are even qualified to install an anchoring system. None of this was discussed in advance or on their website. Obviously loyalty and customer service is a low priority because I am still being charged the $125 cancellation fee!!
Description of Work: Bait and switch!! I am a repeat customer and was quoted $500 for "Premium Roof Care including Gutter Clean Materials" for an 1800 sqft split level house with no extreme roof pitch and light debris. As soon as the technician arrived at the house, I was informed that they could not start the job until I paid an additional $150 to install an anchoring system that was not required in the past or discussed in the written quote.

Several times they have stated that a service specialist would visit to estimate the work to be performed. On each occasion (4 times) they failed to execute. I'm am rather disappointed in the care and services/promises that have yet to be executed on.
Description of Work: I requested Chinook Services to repair a patio for my home. Concrete and carpentry repair services were requested.

Ā + 0 moreAmazing. Bob Russell (the handyman) was truly great. He was prompt, provided an estimate (6hrs), and kept to the estimate (even beat it by an hour). He was very knowledgeable and met my expectation for a professional job (ie prompt, polite, accommodating, professional install and clean up). The result is a fully functioning pull down ladder in a location where one did not exist (before it was a small access port, now it is large enough to freely carry containers up and down). I would highly recommend chinook handyman services based on this experience and look forward to calling them for additional work when needed. (note price quote is for labor only, I purchased all materials separately)

Ā + -1 morePerfectly! We were on a tight timeline to get this done and I spoke with Darlene on the phone and she was able to accommodate our schedule. Two men (Ryan and Joran) showed up on time and were professional and were done in a little less than 1 1/2 hours. They removed all of the debris that was taken out of the gutters and our place looked the same as before they started. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again for any of the many services they provide. The quote they provided me on the phone is exactly what I paid.
Description of Work: Our rain gutters needed debris removal and cleaning and checking for any repairs that might be needed.
