The quality of their service was fantastic. They arrived early and their cost of service was extremely reasonable. They were forthcoming and adjusted their original quote to a lower amount based on the actual scope of work. We will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them.

Windows, screens and decks cleaned efficiently and with attention to detail and to the adjacent trim and tracks. Excellent job, the best window cleaning service for end result, decks look wonderful due to patient and thorough work. Workers very considerate and excellent at communicating and clarifying regarding work and results.

All I have to say is this: if everyone did their job with the same cheerful professionalism and expertise that these two young men from Chinook did, the world would be a better place. I will definitely call Chinook in the future.

I have used Chinook on several occasions for windows, gutters, changing out lights in super hi spots and a few handy man type of projects. Really impressed with the folks that come to service my house. Prompt VERY NICE and they do a great job!

They scheduled an estimate. I waited, no one came, no one called. I called and they apologized and said that there was a mix up and some one would be out to do the estimate. The next day someone came out to look over the work and provide an estimate. I waited for the estimate, no estimate came, no one called. I called and they said the man who had come out to review the work and provide an estimate was in the field and they would try to put together an estimate based on the notes. Finally, I get the estimate and it was, predictably wrong. At this point, I should have just walked away. I called and they corrected the estimate. I arranged to go ahead with the work. They group that came said they were the cleaning crew and they did all the cleaning work. They were friendly, hard working and did a fine job. They told me that a handyman would likely be out the next day to do the painting, but the scheduler would call be clarify the date and time. You guessed it. No call, no follow up. I called and they finally made an appointment. Remember, at this point I had shown one person the porch to be painted. I had told another person that the porch to be painted was a porch, under a cover not a deck. They kept referring to it as "the deck". The day for painting comes and they call ONE HOUR before the appointment to tell me they can't paint the porch because it was too wet. Mind you, it was not raining. They just thought it would be too wet because it had rained in the days before the appointment. I then repeated several times that the porch was under cover and does not get wet. He said, "Well my boss asked me to move the appointment because he is sure it is too wet to paint." I needed that porch painted. I was putting my house on the market in 3 days. I wound up painting it myself in addition to the other work I needed to do inside to prep the house for showing. It was not wet. It took the paint just fine and dried just fine. If you could manage to get their fine cleaning crew out without having to deal with the scheduling and estimate chaos from the owner and office, this would be a great company.

We use this company on a quarterly basis to do the windows at our medical office, and they do a great job there as well. They show up every quarter like clockwork. Very competitive on price.

Some needles remained on the gutter covers. Some collected debris was left in a side yard. But the algae treatment SCALDED THE CRAP out of several trees, resulting in up to 50% leaf loss!! I have to go trim dead material out of a few of them. My neighbor is furious about his spotted leaves. You MUST tell the techs to NOT spread deadly anti algae material on your trees and shrubs!! Plus the cost was a considerably than the quote. Not too happy with these guys. At least the subsequent window cleaning was pretty thorough.

Both services were performed well. The worker let me know when he arrived at our house. he was very personable and knew what he was supposed to do. The windows were done well. Clean and no streaks that I could see. The only thing that I wish they would do is make sure all the clumps of needles and junk from the gutters was disposed of rather than occasionally ending up in the garden and on the patio in some cases. They capture most of the debris and clean up, but there's still some that I have to pick up later. This has happened when I've used them before as well. it's not a big deal for me but a little bothersome. I really appreciated the follow-up call to see if everything was done well, we were out of town at the time so I couldn't comment on the clean up at the time. I definitely recommend Chinook Services.

I had trouble with scheduling and confusion within their office staff in getting someone out to do an estimate and then getting an accurate estimate. Eventually the owner stepped in and made things right, but if I hadn't needed the breadth of services they offer I probably would have moved on to another company with fewer communication problems.

Service was great. Very prompt calls and very professional. The only issue I had was actually Angies list fault. I bought the cleaning coupon but Angie's list errored out so Chinook never got record of it. If that happens to you just call to schedule.

First time users of Chinook Services, (Everett, WA). Ryan and Nath arrived right at the scheduled time. Ryan did a walk around and I informed him that we had a couple of windows with UV film. He informed Nath no ammonia (preparing the cleaning solutions). They did the inside windows first and then the outside. They did an excellent job and were done in less than 2 hours; 21 windows and 4 glass framed doors. The windows/doors are so clean you don't realize that they are even there. I highly recommend Chinook Services (Everett, WA). They are a very professional outfit, both in the office and their service personnel.

Good job, cleaned up the mess which was nice

The house looks even better than I expected, including the gutters. The 2 men were courteous and respectful. They did a good job of moving my potted plants out of the way and helping me replace them after completing the job. Having the windows washed was a bonus; one less Spring chore I have to do!

Excellent. Phone customer service was excellent, such a rarity with companies doing this kind of work...brushed in new patio sand at no extra cost...very conscientious folks....they were more worried than I about spreading dirt into my garden...plan to use every year for patio...

Went great.They were very professional, nice and did great work. The chimney looks great and you can't tell where the work was done. Bricks all match. They also took away an old antenna that we had been wanting to get rid of for a long time.

They were timely and nice. Could have charged extra for minor repair work but didn't. Looks good!
