They actually stayed much longer than they had expected to, making sure everything was done right and cleaned up afterwards, but still didn't charge any extra. My decks are actually cleaner now than before they arrived. Their customer service was excellent and I plan to use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I had my roof cleaned and moss removed as well as gutters cleaned with some basic repairs to a few leaky ones. The moss was guaranteed not to grow back for two years. I have a 2800 sqft house.

Ā + 0 moreThis work at my home was a much less than satisfactory overall experience than what I expected. Chinook has very good ratings, so I am disappointed my experience was not very good. 1) Guys arrived 30 minutes late. 2) I checked the sealant loaded in their caulking gun, and it was for kitchen & bath use. Not at all appropriate for wet outdoor gutter/flashing. But It's what they were given to use. So, they were sent to job with improper materials. I went to store to buy proper sealant for them. 3) I asked them to protect my freshly stained deck. They didn't. There's a little dirt and scuffing as a result. 4) While cleaning gutters, one filled the gutters with water, but caulk REQUIRES completely dry surface to adhere. I called office and asked them to ensure crew got them dried. Office contacted them, I think gutters got dried. 5) Once sealing task started, I observed drips and blobs of white caulk on brown roof. I asked them to use drop cloth to avoid any more stains and protect roof. They cleaned small mess, but just relied on rags instead of a drop cloth. 6) Their Disorganized approach took 4 hours overall, should've been half that. I can't comment on quality of corner sealing until it really rains. I'm inclined to ask owner to send foreman to do an inspection prior to rainy season. Skylights are clean, and if gutters don't leak, then we are ok. But WAY more stressful for homeowner than a basic job like this should ever be.

The 2 men who did both the cleaning and staining arrived on time, were very friendly, introduced themselves, and went over what needed doing, I was expecting to have pressure washing done but Daniel explained they were scheduled to do a "soft washing" and in detail went over what that involved. They worked diligently and I was very pleased with the results.

We had another window cleaner (Friends and Family Co.) scheduled but they failed to show up or answer texts/calls. Luckily, Chinook had an opening a few days later and saved the day! Would definitely use Chinook Services again.

Ā + -1 moreThey were delayed on the job prior to mine and arrived over an hour late. Once they arrived they went right to work and finished on time. Their paperwork didn't include the pressure washing but the technician said he would go back to the shop to get a pressure washer and finish tonight. When I checked their work the next day it looked good.

They did their work efficiently and cleaned up all the debris from our property. They called me to let me know when the job was done. Ā + -1 moreThe 2-man team did a good job, and they were fairly quick. They cleaned up and removed the debris, and the patio looks good. However, the crew was later than their appointment window without calling to let me know, and I had to call Chinook's office to check their status. Also, I bought a $200 deal through Angie's list for 1,000 ft of pressure washing. Then Chinook sent me a $20 invoice for sales tax. There was no mention beforehand in any fine print from either Angie's list or Chinook Services regarding the need to pay sales tax for their services, and the crew told me on site that I was paid in full. It just seemed a little chippy, and it left me with the feeling of getting overcharged.

Description of Work: I needed windows on my 2-3 story house washed. We have a hard-to-get-to sunroof over our patio and two very tall windows (about 15 feet total height) on our second floor (they start about 15 feet off the ground), and the Chinook cleaners were champs at washing these tough windows.
