Ā + 2 moreChinook arrived on time and ready to go. First they hung my Christmas lights. They cleaned my gutters. Then they treated the moss on my roof with a special product approved by the roofing manufacturer. Lastly they washed my windows, wiped my screens clean and even cleaned the window tracks and ledges. They worked quickly and politely. They had to move flower pots and furniture and moved everything back to their places. This is the 3rd time I've had services performed by Chinook & I'll call them again next time I need something done.

Ā + 0 moreQuote was done over the phone by Chris. He answered all of my questions. On the day of the cleaning the technicians arrived right on time. The job took a little longer than they expected, however they did a very good job. Checked and did a cleanup of the property before they left. Although they did not need to use an anchor, I had one installed for any future work on the roof. Cost of service listed below also included the cost of having an anchor installed ($75), and I received a one-time new customer discount. Very much appreciated.

Ā + -1 moreInitial delays in planned appointment time at 11am. Several calls made and found that the initial two person team was down by one due to illness. Jay was accommodating in getting a two person team to the house by the end of the day and the work done was excellent.Since it was a Friday and a busy time the delays were unfortunate but understandable. Jay and Bobbi Jo were great in getting it back on track. I would use them again.
Description of Work: Window cleaning including removing storm windows. Sadly 5 of the 9 storm windows were stuck in place and they were unable to remove. The rest of the work was done very well. We will plan on getting the storm windows off in the spring and have them return.

The 2nd scheduled appointment they were running late again but this time they called to let us know they were going to be late, which was appreciated. Jordan did a good job & we now don't have to worry about gutters full of leaves during the winter. Would hire them again as the company was very easy to work with.

Description of Work: Two guys came 30 minutes late, but stayed two hours and pressure washed lots of mold and moss and black stains off a driveway and three parking areas, off of a small retaining wall and off of a trex deck. Things are much improved, though they were unable to remove a few stains on part of the driveway.
