Description of Work: Chinook Services manually cleaned my gutters. They were arrived a little later than I had thought they would, however they called me. They did a good job and cleaned up nicely before thy departed. The price they charged was slightly less than what they estimated, however that was a bit more than I had paid in past years. Overall they did a good job and I would use them again.

Thanks for sharing your experience. We usually are a little more in cost compared to others. This is because our gutter service is very complete. We manually clean the debris out and then we flush the gutters out with water. The downspouts are checked for proper drainage. And complete ground, and building clean up. A lot of other providers skip these steps. We believe in if we do it, we are going to do it right the first time. That way when we leave, we know your gutters will handle the weather to come. -Jay Owner

Description of Work: Purchased a coupon for pressure washing my deck but after purchasing was informed that they do not actually pressure wash. The do gentle cleaning instead as it is not as h****** the wood. They did put the pots/planters back as they had been before the cleaning. They did do an excellent job cleaning the outside windows and a small portion of the siding.

[member name removed], Sorry for our communications. I received your order on the Angies List message center on 5/22/14 I responded within 48 hours. You mentioned that your were purchasing the deal for your neighbor and that they were out of town. I responded by saying "[member name removed], Thanks for the purchase. Let me know when they get back in town and you have some suggested dates. Thanks again, Jay. Since then you did not respond to my message through the message center. This is my default way to get things done with Angie's List customers. I did get an email on 6-10-14 saying you were ready. Since it was not on the Angies List message center I got mixed up. I made a mistake by contacting a different client with same exact last name and scheduled them. It was totally my fault. Sometimes I make mistakes, I know we all do and I am very sorry for that. It was very ironic that I had another client with the same last name but that is my fault and I take all responsibility for the mix up. As you can see from my previous reviews we have a good track record. I'm sorry once again that this happened to you and I can offer you a pro-rated discount if you chose to move forward. Know that we do quality work day in and day out. This is a very rare event for us. I will learn from this and make changes moving forward to prevent such an event. Thanks for letting me know. While there seemed to be a price discrepancy he resplved the matter very quickly. WE would use them again for windows and likely gutters in the future.
