+ 1 moreChinook Services was late a couple hours for the pressure washing as a previous job ran late but I didn't mind as they let me know of the change. It was later in the day when they came out so they weren't able to finish everything that day because it was getting dark. They came out 2 days later and finished everything. For the window washing, they were right on time. Each time they exceeded my expectations and their price was excellent. Cost of service (excluding tax) is broken down as follows: Pressure washing siding: $175 Pressure washing gutters and cleaning debris: $175 Washing windows and cleaning screens: $183
Description of Work: Originally, I had Chinook Services pressure wash our siding and clean the gutters. They did an excellent job and their price was less than others. Then, on top of that, they sent me a 40% discount coupon for additional services if done by March 1. So I had them come back out to clean windows and screens. Again, great job. Their crew is friendly and they want to do a good job as well as leaving a satisfied customer. Can't say enough good things about them.

I had them come in a few months back to do some carpet cleaning, so they followed up with a "previous customer" awesome deal. The office staff were a delight to talk with, the process to create an appointment was efficient and the results were a sparkling gutter system and a debris free roof. The area around the house was spotless with obvious attention being given to the clean up. I would highly recommend them to anyone (I was happy to include a tip with the easy pay options making paying the tab a breeze).

+ 0 moreWe've used Chinook Services for a few years and for several tasks. Their crews are terrific. They arrive on time, confirm the job to be done and then get to work right away. They've treated our roof for moss, cleaned our gutters and washed our windows; doing a fine job each time. An area for improvement is to thoroughly check the job before the crew leaves so they don't need to be called back for a minor touch up. There's never any hesitation to send the crew back out and they do so promptly. I'd appreciate if the crew would be a bit more critical of their work before leaving the site - it would save both the company and customer precious time in call backs. That said, this is a great company, and their teams seem to enjoy their work and working for the company. I will call them again.

+ 0 moreThese guys are terrific! It was 30 degrees outside when the service was scheduled. They showed up on time but let us know that the gutters were frozen and they would wait a couple of hours to see if they thawed out. Half of the gutters thawed and they did clean those. The crew returned a few days later when it was safe to finish the job. We so appreciate the friendliness and attention to detail. From the first phone call to schedule to the completion of the job we were so impressed. We also felt like their pricing was very fair. We will definitely use them again. Thanks so much, Chinook!

+ 1 morePrior to hiring anyone, I checked with asphalt shingle companies to see what they recommended for roof cleaning. Chinook was the only company Who follow their recommendations exactly. The men arrived on time, were very pleasant, explained everything they would do, and were very efficient. I was concerned about one of the vents and one of the man offered to check it for me. He took a picture of the vent to show me that there was no problem with it.
