Description of Work: Chinook provided services exactly as expected as far as cleaning out our gutters. I did not realize, however, that a power sprayer would be used on the eaves, which caused most of the paint to be removed. The paint job was just done last summer and it was a higher grade paint. The response from Chinook (which was immediate) was that it was probably due to low grade paint.

Description of Work: I requested 4 things be done. Only three were addressed and none were done well. The caulk job in the bathroom will need to be re-done (I did the prep work), the kitchen faucet was replaced (I assisted because I did it on my own last time; not sure what he did but the cold water pressure has not been the same since then), and the leak on the bathroom sink hot water tap was fixed but he replaced both fittings (now the cold leaks and he switched both so they turn away to turn on and pull toward to turn off; strange). The main dispatch did not communicate what was needed so my handyman did not arrive prepared. I had to drive him to Lowes to buy the items I expected him to arrive with. Lack of communication and quality work. I will have to pay another company to help me figure out what was messed up. Everything is worse off. I communicated this to the company. They should have offered to fix the problems. They offered an apology, and that's it.
