+ 1 moreArrived on time and followed instructions to do inside windows first because I needed to leave for work. The guys were very nice and spent several hours getting everything done. Had to blow off the deck a second time but had no problem doing it. Other than that, everything looked great as far as I can tell without going up on the roof and checking the gutters.

+ 0 morePerfect. Crew of 3 very personable guys were right on time. Went directly to work clearing debris from the roof and applying the treatment solution. Our gutters were loose in spots which interfered with the flow to down spouts. The team secured the gutters without my even asking. There was no additional charge to the very reasonable estimate. The crew did a great cleanup when done.

After I arrived home I noticed some areas could be cleaned better so emailed them. They came right back the next day and not only cleaned the areas of concern, but completely redid the entire driveway again. It looks great!

+ -1 more100% customer service with initial call. Bobbie Jo was kind, informative, and really nice. Because the medium priced cleaning sounded like it met my needs I accepted it. The service man was nice, and very polite, yet seemed in a hurry. He said it would take 5minutes which worried me. The gutters had never been cleaned in 19 years. He came at 145 and left at 2. He said one corner was bad, clogging the down sport. He said he did hosed that corner. That was it. I am newly a widow, and I could not see for myself. I guess I'm trusting his words. But I wished I had asked for the lower priced service..I guess my fault. I felt comfortable with the customer service in total..I will continue their service. I would recommend them. Thanks for listening.

+ -1 moreWe have used Chinook Services for Window & Gutter cleaning in the past, but this time our windows were very very dirty from construction on our house. The windows had grit and dirt attached to them from the construction. Chinook did a great job of taking our windows from Construction Dirty to High Definition Clear! Chinook staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful. Chinook even sent out a supervisor to check our windows and advise their staff before they started the work. As well, Chinook uses ladder stabilizers with padding so that they do not mar or mark the siding when cleaning 2nd story windows. I would recommend Chinook for anyone from standard window cleaning to construction cleaning.

My only quibble is that two large flower pots, which are on casters, that I was able to roll out onto the driveway were moved into a planting bed. I am not able to lift them out of the bed so will have to get someone to do it for me. (We don't have any family in Seattle.)
