Description of Work: I actually forgot they were supposed to be coming to the house to do the job. I returned from a business meeting to see the gentlemen just wrapping up. They went ahead performed the job even though I wasn't home. It was WONDERFUL! They were courteous and cleaned up after the cleaning, and didn't charge me "EXTRA" for clearing of the roof. I would definitely use them again!

Description of Work: Several workers on and around my house commented that my gutters required cleaning. So when this opportunity came up, I jumped on it. The glutch was left in my yard waste container as I requested. The vendor also put back together some down spouts that had become unconnected on the roof at no extra charge.

Description of Work: Chinook Services cleaned our windows and afterwards, we had to make sure we didn't try to walk through the closed sliding door. All windows sparkled! Crew consisted of Chris and Ryan. They arrived on time, explained what they'd be doing, and gave us options. They kept a watchful eye on other aspects of the house, for example they told us our downspouts and gutters were in good shape. If they weren't, they would have worked up an estimate I'm sure, but that's a part of their business! I feel they were very fair and considerate.

Description of Work: Excellent work--did my deck and deck railing and also had them clean my driveway and sidewalk. My driveway looks like new. My neighbor spent about 8 hours cleaning his driveway and doesn't look as clean as mine--mine is sparking! My driveway took about an hour and a half to clean.
