These guys are great. They were on time, did a good job. It took less time than expected, and so they cut the price.

The hiring process was easy, good follow through via email and by phone. Two works arrived and went to work cleaning the exterior walls to remove mildew that had built up. They don't use high pressure washers but use that mixture of chemicals that smells like bleach that easily removes the mildew, they finished up by washing off the exterior windows and cleaned up afterwards. I use to do this myself but felt it was time to have someone else do this process. They offered a first time customer discount that made the price right for me. Will definitely use them in the future. They offer roof services as well but I had already done this.

Work crew was prompt, courteous and were very efficient. The office did, initially miss the first appointment which was 2 weeks previous. Office advised me that they had a new computer system and failed to do proper input at the time. In checking the reviews, they all were highly rated so decided to give them another chance. They gave me a discount and all went well with the next appointment. Will definitely hire them again when needed...

Prompt, Courteous, and provided excellent results.

Everything went fine except for a constant dripping from the gutter by my front door. They said it was fixed, however, it began dripping again yesterday. They were good as far as clean up and I can't see the gutters but by the amount of leaves, etc. that came out of them, I'm hoping they are completely clean. Very polite workers and they kept me informed about the process.

These people were friendly, courteous and helpful from the first time they called until the project was completed and paid. Our windows shine! The guys were efficient and gave great care to the items inside our home. They even removed their boots! My experience with Chinook was a joy! I would recommend them - and have!

My mom asked me to help her sister with some odd jobs around the house before last Christmas. When I got to her home in Kirkland I found she wasn't well organized, so I wrote her a list of what she needed done, gave her a copy and called Chinook Services who provides handyman services all around the Seattle area. I sent them the list and arranged a convenient time for my aunt to greet and meet them. Chinook did a great job. They were very kind to my aunt, who is very happy. It was less expensive for me to have someone else do the job than for me to take time away from my business. Now, my aunt loves me, my mother loves me, and I love Chinook Services. Thank you Brian for being so understanding and for doing a great job!
