Description of Work: Excavation and replacement of concrete driveway with small addition to original outline of driveway. | |Center Construction (owner Boyd) excavated and replaced our concrete driveway. From a professional point-of-view there was nothing difficult about the job. What was different was the FANTASTIC customer service that Boyd provided. | |I had several other estimates done and it took weeks just to have someone come out and take a look. Boyd showed up the same day I first called him. Boyd then gave me a completed estimate on the first visit (also called to tell me he was stuck in traffic and was going to be 15 minutes late). The next day he called me back to tell me he had made a mistake on the estimate and corrected it to a lower price. Compared to the other estimates we received Boyd's estimate was VERY reasonable! | |With the terrible weather we've been having, it took about four weeks before the job could be started. Boyd stayed in constant contact with me to keep me updated about my job. I had to call him a few times to ask questions and was always able to easily contact him. The job is now complete and Boyd and his crew did a great job (all my neighbors keep walking by to look at it)! | |Be forewarned in that Boyd runs his business very "old school". He's a very nice guy but doesn't talk a lot. He does his estimates in an old notebook and the deal is sealed with a handshake. You don't find many contractors that operate like this anymore but it was a pleasure working with Boyd and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him!

Description of Work: A new concrete porch instead of old wooden patio

Description of Work: Came by to look at the work we wanted but never followed up to provide a quote. Emailed again to request a quote and never heard back.

Description of Work: Boyd and his crew poured a 22 cubic yard 6 inch driveway slab for me. They were professional, fun and did a great job. I will certainly hire them again if I need concrete work.

Description of Work: All new stamped concrete from back of house all the way to front. Boyd and his guys are all amazing and really thought through the process. They totally exceeded our expectations. We accidentally overpaid on the final payment without realizing and Boyd hand delivered the overage. Very honest company and we will be using them again on a future project!

Description of Work: Took off top gravel and put in back yard what I requested. smoothed surface. Put down rebarr, poured concrete, brushed. I am pleased with the final result. Seems to be honest. A big thing in my book. Things went well. However, ALWAYS call before you dig.

Description of Work: Excellent experience. Contractor came to my small patio project on the same day I inquired. Gave me an estimate on site before he left. Within a week of accepting the bid the Contractor began and completed the project. Very professional. I would highly recommend this Contractor.

Description of Work: Center construction did a concrete slab for me that will be a floor for a garage. The slab is 48'X30'. A broom finish was used so the final floor won't be slippery when wet.

Description of Work: We had a concrete pour for a basement floor and Mr Poi (sorry about spelling!) did a fantastic job. Our floor was level and smooth and he has a work ethic that you just don't see anymore. I would hire this company and in fact probably will for a walkway and maybe some stamped concrete options! Thank you for everything!!

Description of Work: Boyd and his crew replaced a portion of our concrete aggregate driveway. The lower one third of driveway was beginning to crumble and crack. We called Boyd from Center Construction along with two other firms. Boyd's initial response was same day within two hours of my call. The two other firms did not return call until next day and one never came by to estimate job. The one other estimate was considerably higher.
