Chris communicated very helpfully through text to help establish the correct work that was needed and approximate costs. He showed up when he was supposed to both times, gave reasonable options and recommendations and did all jobs thoroughly and professionally, even cleaning some old caulking off of the floor that was left from a previous job. Very pleased with reasonable pricing after getting quotes from other plumbing services that used "one size fits all" pricing systems (ridiculous!). Chris was tied up at another job but listened to my issue and explained what needed to be fixed. He said he would be able to get to it the following day (this was late afternoon) but also explained how I could fix it myself if I needed the leak taken care of quicker. He was very knowledgeable and patient. Will definitely hire him next time I need a plumber.

Kudo to Chris on his sincere, honest, professional and friendly old fashion services. We were lucky to hire him to fix our sewiage pump issue. He did a perfect job on fixing it. So, when we had issue on upstair sink water overflow to downstair, we called him for service again. Chris return my call immediately and with in 10 minutes arrived at my home and helped remove the old garbage disposal and install a new one. Besides being extremely professional and thorough, his pricing is beyond fair! I had consulted with another plumber and a company of plumber's (not to mention their names) and they were well over price for a one-hour job. Baikal (which stands for a big lake in the mountainous Russian region of Siberia) is definitely on my speed dial for future plumbing services.
