ASAP WATER HEATING

kept calling me to see if the leak had been repaired It appeared our water heater was leaking. ASAP found that the leak was actually coming from plumbing behind the wall, which required removing the water heater to fix. ASAP did not repair the leak, but recommended someone who could. ASAP called often to see when the leak was repaired so that the water heater could be replaced - they were extremely focused on restoring hot water ASAP!!

Older water heater was leaking and nonfunctional. I contacted ASAP Water Heating, and the owner, Mark, was very responsive. He provided an estimate on both a gas direct vent water heater and an electric water heater. I contacted another leading water heater company for an estimate, which was more than $400 above ASAP. I asked ASAP to do the work, and opted for an electric water heater due to the expense of direct vent gas water heaters, as well as some other complications related to my specific situation. Mark came to the house to look at the current set up, confirmed his estimates, and was back the day after I asked him to do the job. He was very good about suggesting possibly upgrades, was timely, very knowledgeable, and did a very good job. I was impressed and would definitely hire him again.

I had a great experience with ASAP Plumbing. When he was out to install our new water heater he noticed there was a problem with the way the venting was for our furnace. He came back a few weeks later to finish that up. He didn't have the part with him when he was first out because it was an unusual 'Y' joint. He did come back a few weeks later to finish that up. The first time they came out they fully installed a new water heater. The second time they re-worked the deck above the water heater. It was not directly connected with the water heater but it is related. My husband talked with them. I was just happy to have hot water. I thought he was very good. He was friendly, prompt and did a good job. I was pleased in everyway. I would rate them definitely an 'A'.

I highly recommend Mark! He showed up when he said he would, worked quickly, and knew what he was doing. He was friendly and professional, did neat, good quality work, and explained details to us. I like that he works with his son. We are very satisfied.

My wife was home to meet them. According to her they were, Mark and his son were very punctual, knowledgeable and professional. They completed the job very quickly and left the garage in better condition then the started with.

Mark was awesome. Very detail oriented, a true perfectionist. He made sure I understood all of my options and researched the best water heater to fit my needs. It was a complex installation and he worked hard to make sure the job was done correctly and done on time. He left job site in perfect condition and cleaned up all mess. He made sure I understood how my new heater worked and answered all of my questions. I had called other places but his price and service could not be matched. HIGHLY recommended!!

Very pleased with service. Mark and his son Blaine arrived around 4 p.m., removed old water heater, and completed install of new heater by 5:30 p.m. Very impressed with attention to detail shown, along with clean up. I would not hesitate to recommend ASAP Water Heating to anyone needing repairs or replacement.

Mark was super responsive. He came out the day I called and checked to see if my tank coul be repaired or not. It was dead so they had to come back the following day to replace it. The crawl space where they had to work was nasty but they cleaned it all up and kindly did the job. Glad my husband did not have to do it! Thanks Mark.

He was great. He came out on a Saturday and replaced it for me. He was really sweet about it. I'd used his service before and I've found him honest and knowledgeable. He was up front with his cost and they cleaned up well. He showed me how to use the gas valve, as well, which I really appreciated.

I was referred to him by the plumber I first called off Angie’s List who was booked solid for months. My water heater was leaking and pouring into my garage. Mark, the owner, was able to come out the same day and replaced my water heater. He did a great job on it! They are a family owned business and are very fast, friendly, and efficient. I have no complaints.

water heater was 13 yrs old/put on carpet/no pan/no straps. made a lot of noise when start up. received a brochure in mail from seattle utilities re: new heater w/$500 rebate. went on Angies list and asked for prices. Mark was the only one who said that it was not suited for me as it had to be close to the outside to function which I did not have. quoted me a price for 50 gal which was less than others and said he could install immediately. Mark and son Blake came--gave me a choice of tall&thin or short&fat. also removed the carpet in that inside storage room where I laid tile down before installation. cleaned up and left no mess.

They were excellent. The service was fast. I called the owner initially and he actually walked me through things before he made an appointment. We did some trouble shooting on the phone and he said to call him back if it didn't work. I called him back and he ordered the part for me right away. We had it by the end of the week and he came out the next day and installed it. I would recommend him to anybody. He was very knowledgeable and taught me some things about the water heater that I didn't know. He was very upfront with me and told me everything. He told me things to look for. He was very, very good and I would definitely use him again in the future. The price was very fair.
