 + -1 moreSUPER!! AS IS saved us from the first problem house, and due to his detailed reports and professionalism, we are confident with buying the second home.
Description of Work: Had one home inspected by AS IS. He found massive problems that we had missed. Then on a second home, he found the few things that needed attention, some by the seller, and some that we were willing to do, and we are almost to closing.

AS IS Home Inspections offers the following services: When doing a home inspection, we will enter every accessible space including the attic and crawlspace. We will inspect the roof and exterior envelope of the home. Inspections will include electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning units, all appliances, windows, doors, and any other components that may be present at time of inspection. In most cases, reports that include photographs are provided the same day as the inspection.
As per Washington State law, home inspectors are not allowed to estimate, bid, or complete repairs on a home they have inspected for a period of two years.
