Professional service from start to finish. Great to deal with an Owner / Operator who provided quality workmanship. Cost was reasonable and Owner was a nice guy to work with. Will definitely call All Pro when the next plumbing crisis takes place.

What I like about Noel is he answers the phone himself lets you know when he can make it out and is on time. We have some old pipes and have had a few leaks so he has come twice to fix and he does a good job. I think his price compares with other plumbing companies.

He took time to explain the issue and gave me various options and a price range for the options stayed well with in that price range

Not only was Noel punctual and reliable, he was easy to talk to and a wealth of information. One or our 2 hot water heaters had leaked badly so we needed it replaced. The second heater was old so we decided to replace that too. We considered replacing the two with one bigger one. Noel helped us make decisions on that and if we should get the more efficient ( but more expensive) energy heaters. He gave us a bid which he stuck to even though we ended up needing new pans (the old ones had holes in them). He also corrected some of the configurations in the piping and venting that had not been done well when the original tanks had been installed. He does very quality work. After he was all done I mentioned that I probably would need him back to take a look at a toilet that tended to run. He spend 15 minutes adjusting it without charging me a thing!

Of four estimates, this was the only plumber who immediately picked up on what could have been significant issues and recommended alternatives. With some existing pipes going through/under the garage foundation, he recommended a reasonable solution that solved the problem. His work was extremely precise and his expertise made everything look easy. I have never given five stars to anyone until now... I am absolutely amazed at the results and he even took the time to make additional recommendations with regard to other issues he saw while completing the job. He also took the time and effort to provide me with additional transition piping for me to complete replacing additional components after he had left. Where I would normally be running back and forth to the store for small pieces not considered, he had already thought of and provided them. His work speaks for itself, a true professional! I highly recommend All Pro Plumbing.

Called the plumber...leaking disposal...He said he would come Friday afternoon or Saturday morning at 9AM because I have an appointment at 11. He quoted me a price. I noticed I was expecting him to arrive late or not at all. When I noticed that, I decided to expect him to be on time. He showed up on time, was a very nice man, did the job quickly and in a professional manner and THEN he lowered the price because my plumbing was updated, the area was clean and ready for him to work and it was an easy job for him. Noel was nice, easy to talk with, discussed everything he anticpated in advance and completed the work on schedule. He went out of his way to come by at the end of his day on Friday to check out the situation, then put my problem first on his Monday schedule, lining up the extra help he needed over the weekend.

They did a good job. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about them - I would use them again. They arrived on time and went the extra mile. I was very pleased with their service.

Chose All Pro because the company was located in Snohomish County, not too far from me as it turned out. Called to see how much it would cost. Found the price in line with what Lowe's would have charged me. He asked some questions about the setup so he would know what would be involved. He told me he would also have to replace the supply lines considering how old they were then gave me his price. We set up a time for later in the week. He was right on time, personable and thorough. The job took 2 hours. Very happy with the results. If another plumbing job turns up, I'll call him to come fix it. Thanks, Noel.

I would not rely on this plumber at all. He never called back and when called sounded as it he didn't care that we cancelled. The address is where the work WOULD have been performed had he behaved in a professional manner.

Noel Cruse came in and went right to work. It took him less than half an hour, super great guy I will definately use him again and will recomend him to my family and friends

I don't know if this is typical, but when I called, Mr. Cruse said that could be at my home in about an hour. (I had been expecting to have to make an appointment later in the week.) He showed up pretty much on time, was very friendly and professional, and promptly fixed up my slashed copper pipe. I would call All Pro again if I get myself into trouble on the next faucet replacement.

We had a bad shower leakage and invited Noel to fix it. Noel, a respected third-generation plumber, did a fantastic job and fixed the problem both efficiently and effectively. We are very happy with the result and even had enjoyed the chat with him. We highly recommend Noel to you. By the way, Noel charged us $220, far less than another "big advising" plumbing company proposed. Thank you Noel!

He was okay, but it did cost a little more than he told us, but he also did a little more work. He was pleasant and a nice guy. He did what we needed him to, but it took a lot longer than expected because there was more work involved than he first thought. He was very responsive and came the same day we called him.

Noel spent about 2 hours and a half replacing the heater and running the pressure relief line so it followed the code. He came when he said he was going to, and spent extra time at no additional charge fixing the error in the original installation of the line. My father has 5 rental properties and I have one and will be sure to use him in the future.

The job went very well. They were very prompt. The guy even worked quite late one evening to get it done. The service was excellent.

Noel took apart the spigot that was not working at all and found that the mechanism back in the wall had broken (25 years old). He had to find a way to get to the connection which was 12 inches into the wall. He was able to cut a small hole in the garage wall to get to the pipes and did the repairs and replacement with a minimum of damage. The second spigot that was leaking was easier. He was able to pull the mechanism out (12 inches long), disassemble it, and add a new washer. No damage to the walls and works perfectly again. Noel went out of his way to do the minimum necessary to get the job successfully completed. He was easy to get hold of and right on time for his appointment.

He arrived the next day after I called and replaced the water heater with the same brand. He also installed the required straps to hold the water heater in place. The charge was exactly as quoted including the straps. He also honored the Angie's List discount. He did a very good job, took the old water heater and cleaned up after word.

He is great. He is very good at showing up when he says he will and does not push unnecessary services on us.

Gave me a price and came and did the job for the price, I was very happy and will call him next time I have a plumbing issue.
