All In One Cleaning

We've been a customer of All in One for at least 12 years. They provide consistent and professional service every other week. They clean our home which is a 1970's split level with around 2,500 sqft. Our home has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, rec room and kitchen/great room. We have two kids and a dog - which means things can get pretty messy, dusty and dirty. The All in One team have helped us tidy up then clean from top to bottom. They let me know when they see something amiss in the house that we might want to address (mouse poop! eek). The team uses their own natural cleaning products which is easier on them, us, and the environment. We have been very happy with the results and I am very grateful when I come home to a sparkling clean house on the days that they visit. All in One has a great track record of service. They come on the days that they have signed up for within the window of the day that works best. When someone has been ill, they have promptly rescheduled and made up the missed date. When we have not been able to accommodate a date due to an issue/illness on our part, they have been very willing to work with us on a reschedule. We're very thankful that we've found them when we know there are many services that are not consistent and have a shoddy track record!

Carol and Garrett are very trustworthy and do a good job, which in my opinion is the most important aspect for a house cleaner. They are always on time and have yet to miss a scheduled day. I'm comfortable with them in my house when I leave and love to come home to a clean smelling house. When hiring them be sure to be clear about your expectation.

She does a very thorough job (pulls back rugs to sweep, picks up items to dust/clean) and my family can always tell when we come home that she has been through the house because it looks (and smells!) so much cleaner. Carole uses all her own products, mops and cleaning cloths. She does use our vacuum cleaner. I find Carole to be straightforward in terms of her estimates and assessing what needs to be done in the house. She has also been very punctual and never misses a time that we schedule. She has been very gracious for the couple times when we have forgotten to leave the door open or a key so that she can get in to clean the house. She has then always quickly scheduled.
