I really appreciated how much information they were able to give me over the phone when I initially described my furnace problem. I felt like I was prepared for their visit and was able to consider the potential costs before they came. David Miller came out to evaluate the problem with my furnace and to do the work. I appreciated his call letting me know he was running a little late. He was personable and professional. He was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of great information about other potential projects that I would like to do. I did not feel any pressure to do unnecessary work and he gave me a balanced perspective of options for replacing my water heater with new tank or tankless. I felt that the cost of the repairs was very reasonable. Their appointment availability was very good and they were able to offer me an timely appointment for the work to be completed. I would be happy to work with them again for future projects.

Our 33 year old gas furnace died over Christmas. We tried all the big companies in the Seattle Area and no one would come out for at least 3 weeks. Then we found AirPros Energy through HomeAdvisor.com. They came first thing the next day and determined what was wrong and together we decided that it would be better to have a new furnace installed as no parts were available to fix out old one. They installed a new furnace for us 8 days later, and while they were here, I had them install a new Hot Water Heater too! Great Company and great customer service. Price was fair and work was fast and well-done. Would recommend them to my friends and family.

David was very respectful and conscious of my getting what I needed from this project. I would use him for every year inspection & service.

Had them service my gas furnace and also extend the gas line to the laundry room for a new gas dryer. These were two separate projects and they arrived both times at the appointed time and did the work for a reasonable price. Dave was courteous, informative, and answered all my questions. Very honest bid for the project. Mark did not recommend the highest grade of heat pump because we didn't need it...saved us a lot of money for no real benefit with the larger pump. They sent the quote within 24 hours. The workers took a total of one day to complete the whole project, and they were neat and very professional. Great recommendations for brands of air filters and the pros/cons of each. Very careful with existing furnace. Did not recommend replacement of the furnace because it was in good shape and was a perfect fit for our 2900 sq. ft.

They had to order a part, It was expensive. They didn't reschedule the install date. I had to call 10 days later. A supplier shipped to wrong shop. Someone should follow up on that stuff. Outside of that everything was great . Nice people and mechanic was excellent.

Great job by great guys. They were efficient, friendly and performed quality work for the quoted price. Others quoted much higher prices.
