Everything went fine

I canceled our appointment as I had another solution.

Our furnace died overnight and AirPros came to the rescue. They were able to send someone to diagnose/repair within an hour of my initial phone call. Just as impressive, they juggled their non-emergent service schedule to install our new furnace less than 48 hours after that initial call. They even credited the cost of the first visit towards the cost of the second. Absolutely fantastic in a really unpleasant situation--I know who I'll be calling for planned maintenance! (Pro tip: they do charge a 3% service fee for credit card payments over $1000--wish I'd known ahead of time.)

My heater stopped working and Airpros came to the rescue! It was easy to contact them, they were available to come out in a reasonable time and the work was fast and effective. I will be using Airpros going forward.

Prompt, courteous, explained what he was doing quite well. Rather than ordering a part and jacking up the price, he recommended that I order it online (which I did), and showed me how I'll install it.

Airpros energy scheduled a next day appointment. They were quick, professional and did not overcharge for their services. I will definitely use them again.

I would have given them a 5 out of 5 but unfortunately we initially got our wires crossed and they weren't able to come when we first scheduled. That said when we finally did coordinate they were great!

We ended up having to replace our furnace and it was done fairly quickly. The men that worked on it were professional and helpful.
