I put in a request through Angie's List for hardwood floor repair/replacement quotes. This company called and left a voice mail. I called back and spoke to Paul and we scheduled an estimate for August 20th, between 9:00-9:30 AM. He asked me to text him my address after our call, which I did, and he responded with "Thank you". I rearranged my schedule so I would be home on the 20th. The morning of the 20th at 9:45 AM, I sent him a text saying, "Good morning. Just confirming our appt this morning". No response. By 11:32 AM he still had not shown up, responded to my text, or called. I then sent him a text letting him know I would go with someone else since he didn't show up as planned. I understand people forget, get busy, have emergencies, etc, but that doesn't excuse the fact he never showed up or responded, or even apologize for wasting my time.

Very well. They worked very fast and were incredibly efficient. Workmanship is excellent.

They look amazing, you’d never know a dog was ever in the house! Our tenants moved out and we had a week to get the house put back together. Paul was very responsive (went back and forth via text at 8pm) and came out right away to give me a bid. He was in line with another bid we had but he had finished another job early and had time the next day (otherwise you have to book these guys in advance!) Refinished 400 square feet in one long day - they made it look so easy but they worked very hard. The baseboards were put back on very neatly and I just have small holes to fill - better than I was expecting. I found one small area that needed filling and texted him and he was back within an hour to fix - so very easy to work with. I wish all the projects were this easy! Definitely will be using them again!

I loved the job they did. They were in and out in no time. Made my floors a lot better than you used to be thats for sure. Enjoyed working with you guys. Recommendations will definitely be going out.

We had about 350 sqf of Maple flooring that need it to be resanded. Paul did an Excellent job, floors turn out Great.

Fantastic work on our hardwoods! Pavel was amazing. Great communication, great customer service, very flexible with our schedule... we highly recommend. 3 coats of finish and we couldn’t believe they were the same floors. Very happy.

It went very well. They were always on time and did the job in the estimated time at a very reasonable cost. There was one minor issue that was fixed the next day.

Paul’s Hardwood floors did marvelous, amazing, high quality job!!! His quality of work was beyond my expectations!! Paul is a very skilled and proffesional at what he is doing!! Our floors look amazingly great!! I would recommend him in a heart beat!!! Paul has a lot of knowledge about styles, stain choices and what will go best for the floor!! He is very honest!! It was a pleasure to work him!!!!!!!!!!!!
