It was great. The service was good. The person that came was very professional. The price was good. They came right on time. We would definitely use them again.

I had a very specific design in mind and they worked with me to get me exactly what I wanted. Very friendly service and the end result looks wonderful.

It was an excellent experience! We found them at the Seattle home show, and requested a bid. They were right on target, a and offered a reasonable rate.

They were very prompt and did it very successfully with little trouble. The repair was done for free because it was work that needed a little bit of tweaking. They just came out, did it, were very pleasant and took care of it. Actually I think they are a great company. I am not the book keeper of my family, but it seems to me it was a price of about $150 to install two more pieces of mirror I wanted in our bathroom. I cannot compare their prices. I did not feel they were out of line at all for what they did and the product that they gave us. I think they were a cut above average in terms of price. I didn't think they were abnormally expensive.

It went very well. Contacted them and they gave us an estimate within a day. Once we gave them the go ahead, they gave us a estimated install date, called us a couple of days in advance to complete the install and then did the install. Looks perfect.

I found one plumber who offerred to install these doors for $1100. I had a hard time finding anyone else who would install doors they did not sell to me. AAA Kartak was willing to install them and was affordable, timely, responsive, and did an excellent/professional job. I would highly recommend them.

I went into the store in Everett because a friend of mine works there. He got some general information from me, showed me the colors and door styles. He hooked me up with Anne who actually designed the closet. She sent me an e-mail the next day with the design. We went back and forth a few days discussing the design. She then arranged for someone to come out and measure the closet. He was great. he measured and showed me how it would look in the closet. He gave me some more suggestions to mull over. Anne and I finalized the deal soon thereafter. It all went effortlessly. She told me an approximate date that the installers would call me. they actually called a few days earlier than that and arranged a time that was convenient for me. the installers were great, friendly and left things very clean. I am extermely happy with the results and the process. Would use them again in a heart beat.

We remodeled both of our bathrooms recently and AAA Kartak supplied a sliding door for our guest bath tub/shower and a frameless heavy glass door for the master bath shower. We chose bronze-colored glass with brushed nickel hardware. Both installations are just beautiful. The installations were very professional although in both instances there were water leaks so the doors had to be resealed. They have a good selection of hardware styles and finishes, glass colors, and types of doors.

AAA Kartak was one of 3 bidders. A problem was in the initial construction of a neo-angle shower pan; one side was required to support a vanity, dictating a 90 degree construct pony wall that adjoined the shower. The other side of the neo-angle allowed a standard 45 degree construct. It was this situation that required some real glass engineering. When it was AAA's turn, the estimator recognized a resolution very quickly with diagraming and reasoning, and answering all questions from myself and the general contractor who was also present. I believe it was this extra upfront care that ensured that the final product was installed without hitch. The closet worked out perfectly, utilizing all the avaliable room, opposed to other providers that only had structured (16", 24", 36") elements. They were able to identify a wall portion that would accomodate an enclosed , floor to ceiling, 2 door (with mirror) shoe cabinet. During its installation, it was discovered the interior wall support extended over an under floor acess. This was resolved with a 45 degree inside cut allowing easy floor panel removal. Every useable inch within our off-sized closet was utilized because of AAA's construction capability. The proposal was distributed via email, having their exact sizing diagrams and cost estimates. We went to the Everett showroom to pick final color, handle pulls and options. Now a confession. I thought I could easily install the light fixtures onto the 2 new mirrors. My inabliity to do this correctly resulted in me cracking both mirrors. AAA is now working with me to resolve my lack of understanding of how one must work with mirror. As far as we are concerned, AAA is a AAAPlus company, responsive, considerate to budget, professional from design to installation.

Remodeling contractor hired AAA Kartak to create/install our custom shower doors. Installers did not do a good job. In one shower, rather than properly sizing height of door, they scrolled it over the top of the shower. Silicone looked awful on all the doors and they were installed unevenly. We met with the owner of the company and he was very courteous and willing to work with us to make things right. He did agree that they were not installed correctly. After some time and discussion, we ended up choosing to have a different company install our shower doors.

They were just great to work with. They did very good work and it looks wonderful. They were so helpful and professional and answered all of our questions.

The installers removed the old wood stops carefully, so they could use them again. They installed the window and replaced the wood in an afternoon. They also fixed a sliding glass door, which was inoperable, and a shower door, which leaked water under it. They were very knowledgeable, they brought all the equipment they needed and cleaned up afterwords. It was an excellent job, swiftly done and expertly done. We are very pleased with the glass and pleased that they didn't try to sell us an aluminum framed window.
