We recently purchased a display cabinet at a thrift store, refinished it and were looking for someone to custom cut mirrors for it. We used Angie's list to locate AAA Kartak nearby. This was just a little job but for the service we received you would think we were spending thousands. Everyone was so helpful and professional. The mirrors fit perfectly and look absolutely fantastic! We are very happy with AAA Kartak.

They were very good. They were punctual. They did it the first time. I was very pleased.

Original installation was good except there was an error on the drill holes for the towel bar. They offered a discount if we took the glass as is, but we needed them at a particular height because of the counters nearby. They reordered and installed them as designed. However, a few months later the glass door in one bath would not close. We called them and they would not repair without a service charge. We called our contractor and the issue was resolved by AAA KARTAK at no cost.

They gave me some options and it was good. They did a pretty good job. They were professional. Their price is reasonable. The quality was great. They were very responsive. They worked with the category that was given to them.

Fantastic! First a person came out and worked with my son who built the beautiful new shower. Helped him design the supports that would be required to carry the weight of heavy glass door and panels. Then gave us an estimate of cost. Once my son completed the tile work, they came out and did final measurements. A week later I had beautiful new shower doors. They are perfect and give a very upscale look to this beautiful new shower, designed for handicap use. I would highly recommend this company. All the people were very nice and great to work with. A+ work.

AAA Kartak Glass & Closets we had a new shower door installed in the bathroom and the glass came from him. It was a custom shower. The customer service went very well. They were great guys, we enjoyed them.

The technician came out to talk to me about the job - I was remodeling my bathroom, and needed a new frameless shower door and a new reeded class window panel insert. They took the measurements and we discussed the type of glass, finishes and overall project. The pieces were both custom made and a different tech came to install them. The shower door went right in, but the window panel was not the right size. He remeasured and returned in two more weeks with a replacement ... it was not the right size either! So another two weeks went by waiting for the "third time is a charm" window. The windows were custom made with tempered glass so could not be trimmed. All in all they were great. The glass in both pieces is BEAUTIFUL and I am very happy I have it. I am glad that I was not in a hurry - but the installed was very nice and apologetic about the delay. It felt like they were a little expensive - but I feel that I got what I wanted which is a beautiful, designer look in my "new to me" bathroom. I would use them again.

I did not use them because I had a Groupon for another closet company but I thought they were very professional and good. I called them to get a quote so a young girl came out to review my project. She was excellent and did a good job. Her quoted price was about $3,000. She came with a plan, was prepared and was on time. Her plan was to scale and she was responsive in getting back to us with a quote.

Service was excellent from the first phone call through the installation. Everything went like clock work and the new enclosure looks fantastic. I couldn't be more pleased.

They are great. I described what I want and emailed them. After the tile was finished in the shower, they came to measure for the final size. They said it would take 5-10 business days to order and cut the glass. The finished door arrived when they said it would. They installed it perfectly. It looks just great. We are totally happy with the quality of their door and their installation services from start to finish. I can't imagine ever wanting to call anyone else.

Everything worked-out smoothly for design, bid, and install. The workers showed-up on time and spent an entire day on our units. There was an issue that came up later during the one-year warranty period and they responded with a fix for the problem within a 3-week period.

Installation of the shelving went well. The contract we signed warned that there may be some minor wall damage from installation and we had a small amount of touch up painting to do after they were complete but we had touch up from other installers anyway so it wasn't a big deal. We wish we had made a few minor changes to the bathroom shelves because there is some wasted space due to where we had the lowest, fixed shelf placed but we have plenty of storage so it isn't an issue and I believe that if needed the lower shelf can be moved. The quality of the shelving was in line with AAA Kartak's competitors and we are happy with it. A few months after installation we had some issues with the soft close drawer glides we had selected but the company willing and quickly replaced them. All in all we would recommend AAA Kartak for closet organizers.

The mirror and doors were the correct size and fit properly. The installer worked very fast - rushed almost. He left large globs of clear caulk on the shower door joints and caulk smeared on the glass. He wasn't particularly careful with the mirror installation either, although it is hung square and securely.

The measurement and design process went without a hitch. The fabrication of the glass took a few extra days, because AAA Kartak would not accept the flaws in the original glass, and had the manufacturer make a second set. Installation of the glass was well done. It was nice to see a professional job after struggling with the "contractor" who did the wall and tile renovation.

Overall DO hire AAA Kartak. DON'T hire anyone else.

This was a very positive experience from start to finish. And, it could not have been easier. I communicated with the sales rep John O. on the phone and via e-mail, after which he promptly emailed me a price quote. AAA Kartak's price was the best among the two other similar quotes I received. The very next day, Roy came to do the physical measurement. And, yesterday everything was installed. The installers arrived on time, did a great job, and were very professional. I am extremely happy.

Very good compoany to work with. Only blemish was that they errored on their scheduling of the installation (missed the original appointment), but quickly resolved the timing and still came out the same day.

We had our condo totally remoded and as part of the remodel we removed the tub and replaced it with a shower with glass enclosure. AAA Kartak was contacted for a cost estimate based on a recommendation from our kitchen remodeling company. Geran Mailho was the design consultant who provide us with cost estimate to perform the work. While this company may be a little more expensive than some others we contacted, we can't say enough good things about this company and their quality product and workmanship. Installers arrived on time, performed work quickly and were very professional. We are extremely happy with the shower enclosure and highly recommend this company.

I obtained quotes from three reputable vendors, and all prices were in the same range. KARTAK was the most responsive and gave the best lead times. AAA KARTAK fullfilled their obligations, the estimator and installer were punctual and courteous, they were helpful/informative, and I'm pleased with the overall quality of the work. A week after installation, they even followed up to make sure I was pleased with how everything turned out.

I would use this company again & would be thrilled to recommend them. Everybody from the staff who answer the phone, to the phone order takers to the estimator to the installers were amazing. Everybody did exactly what they said they would do & they met all time commitments. I even got a call to tell me they 'rejected' the first door that was made due to imperfections. I appreciated their honesty & integrity to a high quality product. Totally worth waiting for! Even something as thoughtful as the installers offered to put booties on their shoes. It wasn't required in my case, but things like that really matter to a homeowner. They treated my home as if it were their own. I LOVE my new glass shower door!

It went very well overall. The mirror is what I ordered and it was measured and installed correctly. It took just a few days to make the mirror and just a day or so after that to get it installed. The installation went fairly quickly also. No items in the bathroom had to be removed. The mirror was made to fit the situation without having to remove the vanity/medicine cabinets. It was a very simple mirror and installation. The only complaint I have is that I had a little trouble getting in touch with the estimator. But I assume that's from being very busy. We've used Kartak for other mirrors in our home as well as shower door - new installation and replacement. Also they replaced the glass in one of doors that had been broken. This has been over the course of 6 years.

It took about 4 weeks from ordering to arrival and install. The quality of the door was good and the frame looks nice, but the details were a big problem. The installers left the handle upside down, the door seal was all chopped up like it was cut it in a hurry, and the frame did not have a stabilizing screw in the middle, which caused rattling when opening. We complained to the contractor who called them and had them return to fix the mistakes. They returned the following week with no apologies. We would not recommend them based on the poor attention to important details and lack of professionalism.
