Description of Work: The A Advanced team truly is advanced; with their special training they have demonstrated thorough knowledge of carpet fibers, chemicals in treatments, etc. They have expertly and successfully removed tough stains for us. Not only that but they have always been super professional and personable people to have working in our home. We feel we have gotten the best with them. They are dedicated, hardworking, and know what they are doing. Our carpet is 10 years old and they have done a lot to keep it looking good. They are not cheap but they are worth every penny of investment you are making in your home. They've cleaned our carpet and a big area rug for ten years running and we have always been so pleased with their work!

Description of Work: I have used A Advanced Carpet Cleaning on multiple occasions to clean area rugs of different types. They have done a fine job of cleaning both plush and knotted rugs of different fibres in a size range of approximately 5' X 7'. In all cases I brought the rugs to their place of business and picked them up. They always helped me load and unload the rugs. Work was always done on time per their estimates.

Both were experienced and did a great job, making sure they didn't hit corners as they moved the carpet cleaning items throughout the house. It was nice that they took the time to do this and were very diligent about it. They were upfront about a couple of stains that we had and different options as to what we could do. They were excellent. They were here on time and were very efficient.

+ 0 moreWe like them a lot. We had gone through 5 carpet cleaning companies and A Advanced Carpet Cleaning was excellent. I found them in the phone book and I saw them the other day in the neighborhood. They used different cleaning solutions for different types of stains. They were the first ones that ever got coffee out of a long carpet that I had at my other house. I had 2 or 3 different companies come in, but A Advanced Carpet Cleaning came out and cleaned it. They are very reliable and I have also had them do upholstery. The price that I pay them depends upon how many rooms I would be getting done. My overall experience with them has been excellent. I would definitely use their services in the future and in fact, I would be calling them again before Christmas.
