Ricardo and his team performed an amazing renovation on my entryway and upstairs of my home. He painted my entryway, stairway, landing, three bedroom and two bathrooms upstairs. He also painted newly installed trim, doors including closet doors. They ripped up my old carpet and installed new laminate flooring and new baseboard trim on stairs, landing and three bedrooms. Ricardo is a perfectionist and made sure that all work was done to his standards, which are very high. Everyone working for him was respectful and treated my home with care. He kept me informed and always showed up when he said they would. He is a General Contractor that provides quality work for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him and will be contacting him in the future when I need work done on my house.

Came out and listened to what needed done, gave a reasonable estimate, stayed in communication and easy to reach, came out, did the work and finished things in a timely manner. Would work with them again.

Our project was a challenge, it was a house that had been vandalized by the previous renter, had smoked in for years. The job was for the full house, including doors, window trim, and sliding doors, about 1100 sq ft. We wanted him to use a specific odor killing primer, then follow up with his covering primer. Ricardo provided an estimate at the beginning of the job and considering the job, it was very reasonable. The graffiti kept coming through, in all it took almost 4 coats of primer to cover the damage. Ricardo was kind, understanding about the extra cost and gave us a reasonable final settlement. I highly recommend Ricardo and his team here in the Everett area, they are the best!! Honest, respectful, reasonable, the area was prepped correctly, used the correct paint, a good quality job.

They always showed up on time and with a great attitude, they even finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out amazing I am so happy the result. I will definitely recommend to others and if I ever need anything I will call again.
