Judd & Black:Your Hometown Appliance Store

So frustrated with the Service Department at Judd and Black Appliances. They are all very polite, but otherwise they are a 1 on a scale from 1 to 10. And clearly they don't care about the frustrations of a repeat customer because their Service Manager Jeff Shaw has not returned either of my phone calls even though I was told a note would be put right on his desk. The worst part is realizing that there really is nothing I can do that makes any difference. So we sit 2 weeks into a broken less than 2 year old refrigerator, hundreds of dollars of food lost and now the freezer dying so losing more, and they won't respond to our complaints. And this isn't the first time we've had poor servixe.from their repair department. Definitely never going back.

They were very good and they delivered right to our house. Their pricing was reasonable. We’ve used them before and will use them again in the future.

They usually provide services for my appliances. My refrigerator had a leak and they came over and fixed it without paying anything. They are very nice people. The service department is very nice to me. I have never had any issue with them at all. I have never ever had a bad experience with them. They have done very good jobs for me. Overall, I am grading them an A+
