Description of Work: I initially called the company for an estimate on a shower replacement and possibly other work, depending on price. Between the time I called and when they were available, a fluid master and flapper in one toilet needed to be replaced. They did the work when here for the estimate, fine. But considering they were here Feb.6th and today is Feb.22nd and I have YET TO HEAR BACK from them with an estimate - perhaps they are too busy...perhaps they are not interested in the job...perhaps they are waiting for something...I don't know the answer - |To me, communication is HUGE.

 + -1 moreI went to the bathroom and when I flushed the toilet, it overflowed. It scared me so bad!! I grabbed the phone and called Ephrata Plumbing. The secretary asked me some questions and when she found out it was an emergency, she said she would get someone over right away. Within an hour Frank showed up. He tried plunging the toilet but that didn't work. Next, he used this long tool in the toilet (he called it a "j hook") but he still couldn't get it. Then he had to remove the toilet, take it outside, and he got a toy out of it.The entire time, my son was underfoot watching and asking questions. He was so great with him. I tried to apologize for him getting in the way and he said he had two kids of his own and it was no problem.He put the toilet back in and now it works great.
Description of Work: My toilet overflowed and they came right out and got it unclogged. They got a toy out. Kids!! They were great in an emergency!!

 + -1 moreThey were quick, fast, and on time. It's a small company, and even the boss comes out. He checks all the work. Usually there are three or five guys that work there, I'm not sure, but I only had two come out. They were always very professional.
Description of Work: Ephrata Plumbing put in a new hot water heater in July of last year. They also installed a toilet for me too.
