Mike and his guys took down some trees for me. They were very professional and the price was really good. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Excellent/ second year in a row using. I wouldn’t trust or bother Looking elsewhere for another business to do this type of work. This business is Very fair in price and dependable as well!

Mike was great. He performed the work fast, was very polite and when I refereed a friend 6 months later he still honored his verbal promise to give me a hundred dollar credit! Will definitely use again and again with any tree removal needs.

Despite the fact that I was not present when the job was performed, and that I am a long ways away from Enumclaw, this job was done without any problems, and for by far the best quoted price I could find. Communication was very good, which can sometimes be an issue on a job where the owner is absent. Very pleased!

Mike was excellent to work with, if we have more tree work in the future I would hire him and his team again. He was quick to respond to my inquiry and came out same day to provide a quote (he is local to us so that may have helped with the timing!) he provided the most reasonable evaluation and quote for the work we needed done and actually listed to what we wanted and didn’t pressure additional work or services on us. He was very accommodating to scheduling and prompt on the day of the job. In addition to phone calls he also communicated via text which I found to be very helpful and a plus. Excellent service. I cannot recommend Mike and Christy highly enough. They responded promptly when we reached out for a bid, and spent a lot of time answering questions and making suggestions. Their bid was competitive, but the ultimate reason we decided to hire them is because they were just so darn nice. When they showed up to work, they were prompt, professional and extremely hard workers. They were so gracious when dealing with our constant stream of ‘helpers’ and lookie- loos. They removed an extremely old and dangerous cedar tree that was in danger of falling on our home, as well as a pine tree that was resting on our garage. Mike really knows his business. These are the type of people you want to invite over for a bbq and make friends with. I would not hesitate to hire this company again, and will recommend them to everyone I know. Mike was the only tree service I called that actually picked up the phone on the first call. They came out that same evening to look at the job. Kristy texted the bid that night. We got 2 more bids, but White River was the best price. We originally planned to do the job over two evenings, but they couldn't make the first date and were great about communicating their scheduling. They showed up for the 2nd appointment with extra workers and got everything done, including clean-up, in 2 hours. They even checked in with us a couple times to make sure they didn't over-trim any trees. Everyone was friendly and professional. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing tree service.

White River came out promptly when we asked for a quote and were very knowledgeable. They offered a fair price. Unfortunately, they couldn't do the work in the time we needed, so went with another company. We appreciated them coming a long distance to give us an estimate.

This whole process went very well from beginning to end. I submitted a description of the work, and within several hours received a text message confirming receipt of my request for estimate. This work was for a property that I own but am not near, and coordinating time for estimate was very easy. Once they checked out the work I wanted down, they were clear in working out exactly what my expectations were and then accomplished the work within days of the initial estimate. I particularly liked that the guy who did the estimate didnt try to "upsell" me on any additional work. He actually advised against too much trimming of these bushes since they would appear brown and dead if too much was cut off, although presumably this would have been a more expensive option. When the work was done, I got the before and after picture, attached below, which was nice. I reached out to 3 other contractors that I found through Angies list for this work. One didnt return my calls in a timely manner, one said that they couldnt do the work because the bushes were too high, a third quoted me an estimate of $825. I plan on returning to White River Tree Service for such work in the future.
