Description of Work: Installed a new furnace & thermostat. Also had them seal the ducts in the crawl space. I found them extremely responsive to questions I had prior to and after my installation. Sales representative was knowledgeable and alerted me to additional updates for my thermostat install. Installers were patient with all my questions and cleaned up before leaving (even swept my dirty garage). I plan to continue using them for my yearly service and for when I need to replace my heat pump.

Description of Work: We recently bought a new house with a gas furnace that had been installed in 1965. Treats came and gave me an estimate for replacement and promptly fit me in to their schedule. Treats made the entire experience easy for me and the installers were efficient and professional. They left no trace of their presence when they left. I highly recommend this company

Description of Work: Jesses Campbell of Treat's was working next door at my neighbors because they had a leak from their condensate pump that had created quite a stinky problem. Our pump, same age, same model had also started to leak. Jesse was friendly and listened to our issue as he worked. He said he would come over to look at ours when he finished his current job and was at our door in a couple of hours. He carefully tested the pump to be sure it was the pump and not the socket and confirmed that it was dead. Then he removed the furnace cover to see if any water had leaked inside. Lucky for us, he had a pump on his truck and quickly switched it out. Jesse was friendly, efficient, competent and courteous. We will use this company from now on.

Description of Work: Treat's has serviced our furnace for years. We have a 1968 furnace that is still running strong. We have our furnace serviced regularly so we do not have any unpleasant surprises in January.

Description of Work: For several years we've had this company come out each fall to clean and inspect our furnace, before we fire it up for the season. On 9/23 their technician came out, and as he left he said our 15-yr old furnace was still good for another couple of years. Within 5 minutes of his departure, I smelled natural gas. I called Treat's right away, and they dispatched the guy who had been at our house. He didn't come back. This was at 10:30 a.m. He said "if it's still a problem when you get home from work tonight, call us, but call before 5, because that's when we close." I opened a bunch of windows and left for work. My husband got home at 4:30 and walked in the house and called me to say it absolutely wreaked of natural gas. He got our dogs out of the house, opened everything up, and I called Treat's. They sent their technician back, who discovered he'd closed the furnace door on a flex pipe, the pipe cracked, and we'd had a gas leak all day long (in the crawl space of our house, coming up into the house through all the furnace floor vents.) The following Monday we had other furnace company out, and without describing what happened on Friday, sent them down to inspect our furnace. They came up saying heat exchangers were cracked, (had we fired it up, we would have had C02 issues), burners were welded together, from "lack of cleaning for several years", and said the furnace was shot. We are now having them replace our furnace. We feel that Treat's put us in a very dangerous situation (and I'm glad it was a warm day so we had all the windows open while we were gone, or our dogs may not be with us any longer). We also have no idea what their technicians were doing to our furnace each year, beyond vaccuming around it and changing the filter. How can you miss cracked heat exchangers and shot burners? Biggest issue is leaving a house with a gas leak all day long.......3 days later, a house with a gas leak exploded in fire in Seattle. Bad stuff can happen. They should know better.
