Jeff was very professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and found it to be an incorrectly wired thermostat. He then thoroughly cleaned the unit and discussed with me the best care for the future. He even reprogrammed the thermostat and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. I will most definitely use Treat Heating again in the future.

I pay in a yearly basis. They are very thorough.

I was super impressed with Treat's service. They were able to come out and diagnose the issue with my heat pump within 4 hours, and the service technician, Dan, was friendly and knowledgeable. I pride myself in being a handy person who can fix a lot of common issues and I try to understand how things in my house work; Dan was more than happy to help educate me further on the in's and out's of my system. In the end, the cost to fix my system was even lower than the initial estimate. I would highly recommend Treat's professionalism and integrity.

They came out a couple of times and I would give them positive reviews. They showed up the same day. They told me upfront what it would cost and they fixed it right away. I would recommend them. I didn't compare their price.

Garrett was polite, pleasant, thorough, efficient in time and left his shoes at the door. He answered all my questions and I wouldn't hesitate to refer him to other homeowners. Very good experience.

They came out and gave us an estimate which included duct cleaning, the type of unit we could use and what our current water heater could handle, walked us through the whole project. During installation they took pictures of all the work that had to be done under the house and presented us with these pictures for our records. After the installation they came back out since our upstairs what not getting as cool as we liked. They gave us a portable device that would tell the panel what the temperature was upstairs as the actual temperature.

The technician was prompt and very friendly. He was able to get the job done very quickly and at a very low cost to us. We are so happy to have heat in the large family room now!

The put in a super cheap filter and it filled the house with a lot of dust. I am really upset about the bad filter because it is half the size it should be and it is terrible. Otherwise, they did a great job and I would recommend them but I would also talk to them about the filter.

They were fine. Pleasantly expensive for what they do. They had a bit much that for a reason we renew a furnace which is frightfully expensive. They did good work.

The project was smooth from selection of the furnace to installation and final inspection by the city.

Great. Did a good job for a price under which I had planned on. Were a couple of days late, but only because we had a storm and a lot of people were without heat. They did call and ask permission to dalay my routine maintenance.

In my field of work, being a General contractor for 23 years, I don't get to use the "wow" very often. This time I did. I gatherd all the prices from Seattle's big contractors and one from the local shop where I lived. Treat's Heating was the same so I thought I'd go with the local company. Justin was my sales rep, and was very responsive to my calls and questions. The crew ( Art, Scott & Andrew ) did a bang up job in 3 days. Thats 100% complete. Thats all new insulated heat duct, all new fresh air returns, vents, thermostat, electronic filter system and a heck of a lot more that goes un-noticed like the sheet metal work that was first class. This was the best of the " WOW Factor" My Name is David, I live in Enumclaw and would recommend Treats Heating to anyone in need of heating & cooling services.

I thought the price was comparable. The service guy was very responsive. There was some type of glitch that happened and he was out immediately to remedy it. This air conditioning unit was new to us and we didn't realize some of the little quirks that needed to be done. He was very available to answer questions.

An appointment was scheduled and a representative explained all aspects of the process, along with government rebates, PSE rebates, and company rebates. She was very knowledgeable of the systems and answered all questions. The workers arrived on time and worked throughout the day in a professional manner, explaining to me how the systems worked and how to get maximum efficiency from my new equipment. They had to move objects in my garage and crawl under my house, and when they left, the work area was cleaner than when they arrived. Donuts were brought to the workers and to me during the day. Jodie handled the rebates with Puget Sound Energy to make sure that I would get that money back and the Carrier rebate was taken directly off my bill. I was immensely impressed with this company.

They were at my house on time. They stayed within the estimate that was given to me.

Great to work with! Dave came out promptly; gave us a quote, and help provide ideas to fix our heating and cooling problems on the second floor. They were competitive with the other quotes, but offered superior service, before, during, and after the sale. Don't buy or upgrade your HVAC with out talking to them and checking the Labor & Industry web site. Only higher licensed contractors’. PS the ideas he ha actually fixed the problem upstairs and we didn’t spend 5K extra to do it!
