Not only did they assist with the immediate need, the technician took the time to explain how this can be prevented in the future and how I can now do this myself, if it happens again.

Things could not have gone better!! On a very cold holiday they were able to come out the same day and fix my hot water heater. It doesn't get any better than that. A special thank you Dan - he is wonderful to work with and an outstanding technician!

Replaced my 26 year old furnace with a new Carrier from Treats. Matt and Art were very promt and professional. They carried away the old one and got the new one installed in 5 hours.

They fit us in on the same day - lifesaver - it was 19 degrees outside so you can imagine - we needed heat.

Went well. Dan came out eager to resolve my wiring questions and also performed some minor cleaning of my furnace. He was very helpful and professional.

On 12/13/2016 I called “Summit Heating and Air” which is apparently another name or partner for “Treats Heating and Cooling” to request a diagnostic. The company was very responsive and scheduled me for a same day visit from 2-4pm. The technician arrived shortly after 4pm. The technician was polite and friendly, and nice to deal with. He spent about 30 minutes in the attic checking the furnace, which was turning on and off intermittently while he was troubleshooting it. After 30 minutes he packed up his gear and was getting ready to leave when the heat stopped working again. He went back up into the attic for another 10 minutes and the heat turned back on so he packed up his gear again and prepared the invoice. Invoice: [*** Link removed ***] The heat remained on for the 15 minutes it took to prepare the invoice (which was due to his work issue iPad being extremely slow). The charges were $119.00 for the visit and an additional $71.00 for the “fix.” I was happy to pay for the quick service and functional heat. When I turned on the heat the morning of 12/14/2016 the heat was not working again. I called the “Treats Heating and Cooling” office and informed them the heat was not working despite paying for repairs the day before and I requested some options for correcting the issue. The technician decided that the problem was the control board which would need to be replaced and about an hour later I received a voicemail and an e-mail with an estimate for additional services. I called the office back and requested a refund for the $71.00 charge which did not use any new parts and was ineffective at restoring functionality to my furnace. The request for a refund was denied. I asked the manager if Treats was content with charging customers for services that did not work and she responded with “was it working when the technician left?”… I never received a refund.

Had A/C system installed including replacement of duct work in 2013. Have had a yearly maintenance check since then. I have a big investment in this equipment and believe yearly checkups help to keep it all running smoothly. The technicians are knowledgeable and answer questions.

Just had our annual maintenance for our heat pump. The technician was on time and did his usual thorough job. Been using Treat's for 20 + years at two residences and have always been pleased with the prompt friendly service and their attention to detail.

Excellent. On time, did the job and verified that I was satisfied with the result. They separately tested the gas and HP heat components, and insured they on spec. They also tested the AC to insure it was on spec. They shared the technical details with me to assure me the systems were operating correctly. We have been using Treats for many years, and have always found their work highly professional and cost effective.

Professional and courteous operation? Scheduling was flexible with appropriate options. The field tech (Matt) was personable and patient with all my questions. He did a great job of fully informing me of the results of his work, areas of concern, and recommended options.

I am so grateful to Treat's. They were so quick to come and fix my problem. To have the AC working in this 90 degree heat is truly a blessing! The technician was very courteous, professional and answered all my questions in a kind and patient manner. I would recommend Treat's to anyone.

We were very pleased with the installation of everything. Model we chose is super quiet and can't even tell when it's running! The Installation Team was very professional and got the job done in one day. Would definitely refer this company and use them again in the future! Great job!

Fantastic service and cooperation given I threw a curve ball last minute requesting a new home automation thermostat be installed. I am not very familiar with heat pumps and the sales, installation team and post install folks have been very helpful in fine tuning.

They are so professional! Our apt was set up in advance, and we got a reminder call the day before. Also the morning of the appointment the technician, in our case Garrett, called to let us know he was on his way and his approximate arrival time. Once he arrived he was thorough and answered all my husbands questions, and told us what we could do to prolong the life of our furnace. We are on an annual contract with them and they have taken quiet good care of us. We are loyal customers!

I contacted Treat's for an estimate to replace my 20-year old water heater. They scheduled the estimate and the estimator arrived on time and did a thorough job of pointing out what needed to be done to be up to code and safe. He also showed me that the furnace was not correctly hooked up (the handyman who installed it a year or two prior was not the most experienced.) The estimator, Bill Nicoletta, was quick to e-mail me the quote. Given the fact that a little furnace work needed to be done as well, the price seemed resasonable. We made the installation appointment at a time/date that was convenient to me. The installers (Jessie and Abe) called to let me know they were on the way, which I really appreciated. They arrived on time, introduced themselves and went over what they would be doing. Installation took a lot less time than I expected. They went over how the water heater worked and showed me what they had done. Not only did they clean up after themselves, but they cleaned up a little mess that was already there when they arrived. They actually left my garage cleaner than they found it! I really appreciate the service I received from Treat's and will call on them again when I am ready for air conditioning.

The job was done professionally and the problem was fixed.

Just had our annual maintenance for our heat pump by Treat's Heating & Cooling. Jeff was on time and did his usual thorough job, including that we had rats burrowing under the concrete pad. Thanks for that (I think). Been using Treat's for 20 + years at two residences and have always been pleased with the prompt friendly service and their attention to detail. We prepay for annual maintenance and save 10%. Treat's keeps track of when we should get this service and calls to remind us of the time. Then they call one day before to remind us of the date and about 30 minutes before to let us know the technician is on the way and should arrive by X time. Also they use a band of two hours for the appt instead of all day or a half day. Lets us get on with our lives

The service was good from initial contact to completion. Bill was prompt in coming out and giving a bid and taking the time to explain in detail to me how things would work and what to expect. After I decided to move forward with the job, it did take 3.5 wks before it could be installed, but I totally get it as this was high demand time of season. When the day of installation came, they were out here right on time and worked very hard in the heat all day until the job was complete. They were very professional and patiently answered any question I asked. They completed the job within the window they said it would be done, and cleaned the area before they left. I highly recommend this company; they gave a fair bid, and obtained all the legal documents beforehand for me, which I most appreciated!

I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

We have used Treat's for years for maintenance on our home heating system, and maintenance, repairs and installation of new products in all of our rentals. We stay with Treat's because they always send knowledgeable, professional technicians and there is never a surprise with the bills- like we've had with other companies. Our rentals include a commercial building that is rented by a State office, apartments and rental homes. I never worry about asking Treat's to perform maintenance during business hours because I have had nothing but great feedback about them from our tenants. I also like that you can sign up for routine (yearly, quarterly) maintenance service. They call and schedule with you when it's due so you don't forget. I would definitely recommend Treat's.

Services performed by the staff from Treat's Heating and Cooling hves always been done in a professional and friendly manner. This company installed our heat pump/furnace system 19 years ago and have kept it maintained with only one needed repair call since! They have been a pleasure to do business with over the years.

Jodie, Treat's representative is first rate and solidly customer oriented. County and State inspectors were remarkably vocal in the admiration of the quality and thoroughness of Treat's installation, and the work passed all required inspections without comment or rework. Despite the troubles with one dishonest worker, I continue to do business with Treat's and will continue in the future.
