RICH'S DRY CARPET CLEANING

Description of Work: I ran across Rich's Carpet Cleaning about 10 years ago. He did my personal house and on his own, spent extra detail on heavy traffic areas. He'd offered to come back if any stains resurfaced, but they never did. I had a ferret which would get lose and poop in the corners. He applied chemicals that got rid of all stains and any smells. Over the years, i acquired rental properties. I've used Rich for each tenant move-out and had some tough ones... but he's never let me down. good prices, honest guy, very fair. He's truly just a guy trying to do a good job and make an honest living.

Description of Work: He and his son cleaned my carpet and my windows.

Description of Work: He cleaned five rooms and the hall of my 2900 square foot house. There were no special stains on carpet. We just wanted them cleaned. I always try to move the small pieces of furniture before he arrives.

Description of Work: Rich arrived at 3 PM to clean my 23 year-old carpeting in my living room, dining room, stairs, upper hallway and additionally my den with a 15 year-old carpet (all nylon), plus a carpet in the kitchen area (8X10) beneath the kitchen table. He and his assistant moved all the furniture to one side of each room and cleaned the carpet on the clear side then because he used a dry method was able to move the furniture to the clean side and finish doing the remaining side. All of the carpeting had been cleaned professionally before and much of it additionally by myself a number of times using a water system. They all came out better than ever before with the nap fluffed up and looking close to new. Difficult places of heavy wear showed only a trace of heavy traffic. Both my wife and I were very pleased. A professional that cleaned the carpets was asked to do the one under the kitchen table and would do so for $350. We did not have him clean it. We were very pleased.
