RAINIER QUALITY HOMES & HOME PRODUCTS INC

In Dec 2005, Rainier Quality Homes installed a gas fireplace in my home. From the first day of installation, the chimney they installed through my roof leaked. In fact, it rained 26 days straight that year and leaked every day. It took several calls to them and to where I purchased the fireplace, over several months to get them to come back to fix the leak. Once I thought it was fixed, I had sheetrock installed and finished. In Nov 2006, the first heavy rain of the year proved the leak was indeed not fixed. My light fixture filled with water and the brand new sheetrock in the overhead in my bedroom bubbled from water damage. Neither felt any responsibility for the leak or the damage and still do not. I would also like to add that I am a single woman and I feel that they took advantage of that.

THEY WERE A GREAT TEAM. VERY POLITE, CLEAN. MY HUSBAND ASKED THEM TO REDO ONE WINDOW TO TIGHT TO OPEN AND THEY DID. I KNOW THEY RUN A TIGHT BUDGET TO GIVE THE HOMEOWNER THE BEST DISCOUNTED PRICE WITH QUALITY.
