It was great. Of 3 bidders Keith was tied for lowest and he was the only one to bring up the problem of a horizontal downspout run that should be replaced with buried 4" rigid PVC. His crew. led by Neal, did excellent work, routing downspouts more neatly than the original and straightening the pitch where a corner had sagged. The gutters are good quality and firmly fastened and they left everything clean and neat. I am completely satisfied with this job.

Failed to be professional and come on arranged date! I expressly told the gall 11/10 and she said he would call a couple days in advance, which he did, but tried to change appointment to 11/9. DO NOT GO TO MY HOME! I will get a company that wants to give an estimate.

I decided that since they could not provide the full service, I would not use them to replace the gutters. It sounded like a nightmare, to have the gutters torn off, then try to find a carpenter who would work on a 3-story ladder to replace god knows what. In other words, they are not full service. If I couldn't find a carpenter, I would have a gutterless house. All I really wanted was repair of existing, but even if I replaced, I would not use them. If I hire gutter replacement people, I expect them to complete the entire job.

They were very good. They were a little late getting here but they knocked it out. The weather was just brutal the day they were here. It was raining sideways. But, they did a really good job. They did finish that they. They did call that they were going to be late. I would recommend them.

We have a 100 year old house and I didn't want to have continuous "K" style gutters installed. Finding people who still install half round gutters is becoming a challenge. I called and spoke to Nancy and explained what we needed. Next day Chuck was out to measure and provide an estimate. We discussed in detail what it was I wanted, and he made a couple of phone calls to confirm he could still get the parts. A couple of days later I received and estimate from Keith, which I thought was reasonable. By this time I was sold, and Keith scheduled the job. The crew arrived that day and spent 7 hours on the installation. I was impressed at the level of detail they went into attaching the hangers and making sure everything flowed properly. They quit when the ran out of daylight, and returned the following Saturday. They spent another 4 hours completing the job, and I must say it's magnificent! The house really looks sharp and I know I have a quality installation and product!

Keith and his staff were extremely friendly and did an excellent job. We did have to ask for them to come back and make a few adjustments on the leveling, but they did so quickly and with a friendly smile. Keith was always accessible when I needed to talk to him or had questions or concerns. Overall great experience and I would recommend them 100%. If you don't want the 'salesman' kind of guy that is going to talk you into something you don't need, and you just want to get the job done that's needed, this is your company.

They were great! We decided on the color of gutters and they went out of their way to provide more than one paint chip as we were working with the painters. We would call in the late afternoon and the chip was here early the next morning. They installed the gutters after the house was painted, and they did it efficiently and cleaned up completely when finished. They take great pride in doing their work well and I would certainly use them again. The gutters are performing flawlessly. I think the price for the gutters was reasonable given the quality of the service and product.

It went great! From the free estimate, to the completion of the job. It was great. His guys were so fast getting the gutters up we didn't even see them. The gutter guards didn't come in at the same time so those had to be added a week later. Again, they were in and out. When we got home we did a quick inspection and the end caps looked a little funny to us. So I called Keith to see if he could explain what they should look like. Instead, he sent one of his guys out THAT night to inspect and talk with us about any concerns. It was great. The only small negative is that we kept finding the old gutter hangers in our yard. It wasn't that big of deal...we just picked them up as we found them. Sept 2012 We noticed the other day that one of the gutter guards had buckled (caused from heat??) We called Keith and he had someone there in a couple of days to fix it. Hoping that buckle was just a fluke. We have had a pretty dry summer so we haven't had a chance to really put the new gutters to work yet but they look great! All in all very happy with the service we received and the quality of the product. Thanks!

Would 100% recommend. Highest points are price and quality. My gutters look brand new. Keith came by promptly to give an estimate. Estimate came in significantly lower than the others. Still had faith that the work quality would be comparable. Keith's team showed up promptly on the date of scheduled work. Replaced runs of poorly-pitched gutters with new material. Removed old material. Newly-pitched gutters no longer leak. They function perfectly now. Nailed all new and existing gutters into the house at each stud (I can practically hang from these things now!) Cleaned all gutters (not thorough like a pro would, but this courtesy was above and beyond). Took away all debris. Work was done quickly, promptly, and neatly. Keith personally called me 2 weeks later to check-in on the work that was done. I've felt a bit "burned" by some of the services I've had done lately (expensive electrician, things like that). Keitih provided top-notch service at an unbelieveable price.

In the construction market place, you never know whats going to happen in the performance departement. I hired Gutters by Keith with out knowing he was a Angies list member. Gutters by Keith did exactly what they said they would do, when then said they would do it. I couldn't be more pleased with the results and yes I would refer them and work with them again.

They did a very good job. I noticed an issue with the end caps of the roof. I notified them and they resolved it with another roofing company. They followed through and they were very good.

They were punctual, they came before I expected them. They were efficient and the job looks very good.

They came out, gave me an estimate, and they stayed right on it. It took a fair amount of time because it was a tougher job. I was really pleased with the work and they did really well. It has been working well since then.

The first suggestion was to to add a downspout. I preferred a different solution and Keith suggested installing a 6" or 5" gutter that would hold more water. This didn't address the too-little-slope of the gutter which was the cause of the backup. The estimate was $429.00.

They were very professional and prompt. The installers were great, they had great energy. They were fun yet still professional, they just did a great job.

Representative came out and provided an acceptable estimate within a week. Work was performed to our total satisfaction within two weeks. It was difficult getting other companies to give an estimate for a small job. Some wouldn't call back. One had a minimum for any job of $450. (This company was referred by a highly rated Angie's List contractor.)
