GREATER SEATTLE HOME INSPECTIONS

Description of Work: Lance inspected a house that we were purchasing. First of all he arrived late. That was frustrating as we coordinated schedules of mulitple individuals and we had to wait for him. He walked through the house and outside. He gave a summary level explanation of things and said he would write it in his report in detail. The detail was limiting and I was not happy with the quality of work provided for the price. Greater Seattle Home Inspectors are more expensive than other inspectors and are are not worth the extra money. I would suggest going with someone cheaper and save the $100 dollars or more. Additionally, in person he promised to come out and re-inspect a repair the home seller was going to performed. All parties involved heard the promise and when my realtor and I called Lance he then insisted on additional payment even though he was going to be in the area. My realtor felt so bad for the lie and deception that he paid the additional fee. That in the end left a bad feeling with regard to Greater Seattle Home Inspections. Save your money as you will get similar if not better service else where.

Description of Work: INSPECTOR LANCE SMITH INSPECTED THE HOUSE WE CURRENTLY LIVE IN. HE PERFORMED A VISUAL INSPECTION AND PREPARED A WRITTEN REPORT.
