A prompt and thorough response, unlike simply informing me that there was nothing they could do, they actively researched the warranty on my current system (expired and void due to builder installation) before discussing a replacement option. I was then presented with several options, each accompanied by a quote. When asked, they recommended that I opt for a more economical quote that better suited my usage and requirements. I highly recommend this company. They were punctual and worked diligently, even during the peak summer months in the hottest room in my house (the attic). I will certainly recommend them to any of my friends and will utilize their services for any future needs related to air conditioning or furnace repair, as well as routine maintenance.

Arden Heating and cooling was fast, clean and very knowledgeable. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.

The install was very easy. Jake came in gave us an estimate and an install date and he kept his word. He worked fast and the unit suggested for our size house is perfect. Professional installation, clean up and a few tips on the new unit helped a ton.

Missed first 2 appointments for quote. Finally showed up and haven’t heard back from them in a week. Tried calling for follow up and was told they would give him a message but still nothing after 3 days.
