+ -1 moreI got Adrian's number from a mutual friend and had him come to my office several times to help me with various problems and setup issues with my Mac computers. When I say he went out of his way to help me, I mean it literally! His office is not at all close to mine, but he was willing to come out without charging for the travel time. That is huge for me. I appreciate that he is VERY thorough in understanding what my problems are and what I want to achieve. I also like that he has no problem checking with his own resources and contacts when confronted with a problem that he has not yet crossed. His follow up is good and his attitude is great! I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Helped me configure my Mac computers and troubleshoot some issues.

+ -1 moreHe is very professional, thorough and reasonable. A triple threat! Even though he lives quite a long distance from my office, he has not charged me any travel time. I appreciate that he will persevere through issues (common with computers) and will even follow up with research after the fact. Highly recommended for Mac support.
