Taylor kept in contact during my shopping getting quotes from four roofers. I got estimates from Roof Doctor , A-1 Roofing , John Easter Roofing and Zepp Construction. Zepp Construction was in the middle of the price range. So I went with somebody local who would spend his earnings in Grays Harbor. I left everything to Taylor and he handled every detail in a professional manner. He was prompt and very clear on his objective. He wanted to install ridge vents and zinc strips on the garage, were as no one else even mentioned it. 1st day of construction was a tear off (3-guys) and they had all the plywood with 1/2 the roofing done in the 1st day. The second day Taylor finished the job by himself and had the job done by 2pm. The whole job took 16 hours, that is slamming in my book. The quality was above expectations and the finish looks like it was done by somebody with 30 or more years experience. I say this because Taylor is one of the most impressive young men I have met in a very long time. At only 25-years of age this young man has tons of skill and a huge future. Thanks Zepp Construction , I look forward to more future projects.

Taylor was great to work with. He was prompt to respond to any questions and always followed up when there were any questions on what was going to be done. We basically had the entire condo renovated and Taylor provided and managed all the required subcontractors to perform the work required. This was not an easy task as it is difficult to find contractors to come out to Westport to quote on work... Taylor got it all done and on schedule. The work we had done was: full interior painting, replacement of all counters in kitchen and bathrooms, replacement of all sinks and faucets and shower/bath hardware replacement of tub surround and shower stall, new carpeting and new tile to replace all vinyl flooring through out unit Installation of new appliances including new wiring for over stove microwave and vent system All baseboard and door trim work and door hardware One of the nicest items was the custom electric fireplace cabinet he built from scratch based on some sample pictures. It is a showpiece in the family room. In general, the work performed by Taylor and his team have transformed a worn out condo at the ocean into a beautiful brand new vacation home. There is no doubt you would be happy with Taylor as your contractor - Thanks Taylor!

We had great contact from Zepp Construction from the get go. All of the crew were exceptionally polite and careful. They were there on time and worked continuously. Tearing off the old roof took a shorter time than originally anticipated since it was so very old. Which was good because the previously unseen lumber damage was greater than what we could see from the walk around. Taylor made sure that we knew this could be the case when he gave us his bid and we were anticipating it. The bit of extra free time also allowed us to add another repair to the barn that we did not ask for originally: after seeing Zepp's big lifting machine we had them replace a somewhat damaged, ugly but serviceable cross beam while he had the machine there.

Walk through and estimate went very well. He wrote a bid out but did not include anything in the list that we wanted him to do. He did redo the bid by writing out on another form what we wanted him to do. The details were vague on what workmanship would be. We ened going with someone else because of timeframe.

We have only good things to say about Taylor's work and work ethic--he is easy to work with, conscientious and wants you to be happy with the finished product. His cost estimates on all of the projects were accurate and one (the exterior covers) was less than estimated. He was very patient with us as we added to the scope of some of the projects after he had started them. We will certainly hire him again.

Taylor was prompt, very skilled, built my shop under budget, fast. If he had any questions he would call and confirm what I wanted. Cleaned up site after work every day, never a mess left.

Mr. Zepp gave us a bid on our project and stuck to his price. He worked with the city to obtain the permits and he also was there for the inspections. Mr Zepp was on time and always cleaned up his mess. The work sight remained clean and safe through out the project.
