Mr Walther, Owner, was initially called because we had a stopped up toilet which we couldn't fix ourselves. And it was over a 3 day National Holiday, but he called back on a Sat night, and came out the next am. After discussing the problem, we started asking some general plumbing fixture questions, and we decided to just do everything while he was there. The products he had were all available and good quality. It took him about 3 1/2 hours to complete everything. He was professional and knew what he was doing. My wife actually also mentioned she had a faucet set that she always wanted installed in the downstairs bathroom, but was missing a valve or some such thing. He had a compatible part, and installed it for free. (we had already paid him for the previous work). Our house is very upscale and in a remote Washington Beach location, but he said call anytime. Description of Work: Unplugged toilet, and then we decided to replace all 3 of the toilets in the house. And then we said, hey you're here , how much to replace the old Water Heater. He had everything on his truck.
