It took almost 3 hours. He had to call in another worker. They left brown( yuck) splashes on the walls. When I received the bill for $425. I contacted the office to see if they would charge me a more reasonable price. The office manager said that she had to speak to the owner. She never called me back. I sent them a check for $400. They kept sending me a bill for $450 plus finance charges...still no call. They finally sent me to a collection agency for $487. I called Sala's and asked them what was going on, the office manager said it was the collection agencies fault not theirs, she only sent us to collection for $87. My husband just called again and they wouldn't budge on the charges. So I guess I will end up paying $487 for unplugging our toilet.

They were very friendly and very prompt. They got the job done without any fuzz.

Fortunately, they found very little to be concerned about, but gave some good advice about avoiding issues in the future. Their old fashion caring and professionalism were greatly appreciated.

The service was timely and professionally done in less than one hour. Fortunately, there were no issues. The current owner is preparing to retire and is training a young man to take over the business. Both were knowledgeable and careful to avoid damage either to their equipment or my property. Would recommend them without hesitation.

I liked everything about them. He was very nice and a very solid worker. We've known him for 20 years. I thought the price was well represented. He usually works with his wife and they are very nice people.
