In the fall of 2016 I had them come out and winterize my sprinkler system. After several weeks of not hearing from them they finally showed up and when he did he broke a sprinkler head due to too much air pressure in that part of the system. You said he would be out in the spring to fix it. After calling in April he finally came out in June fixed the sprinkler head and then billed me for services and parts totaling $85 to replace the broken head that he broke.

Requested onsite estimate for a landscape design and the installation work for that design. Gentleman showed up day after I called (pleasant surprise) and spent a reasonable amount of time disussing project and then he walked all around making notes. So far impressed. Said he would send plans by email and then we could discuss back and forth to settle on project to be done. This is a large project for a back yard including complete design and installation for a patio, lawn, underground sprinkler system, wind break, and privacy trees. 1. One week went by. Nothing emailed thinking I might have missed his email in my spame He respondedvia email and said no he was working on it and would have it to me by the weekend. 2. Nothing comes and another week goes by. I email again and the same response he would have it by the weekend. 3. Nothing comes again. No phone call no communication at all. 4. I call their office and talk to a woman and ask what the problem is why I have not received anything. She says he is not there and that he is working on a lot of projects. She did not appeared concerned. Call was a waste of time. 5. Nothing from anyone. This company DEFINITELY has a serious communication problem. IF they did not want my business they should have said so right up front and I would have been fine with that and looked for someone else. They should have also disclossed up front where I would be in the timeline queque for the design and work. I lost 6+ weeks for my project waiting on them. Would not recommend these people at all.
