AJAX did a really great job. My carpet is 10 years old had quite a few spots. When he was done it looked like new, I was really surprised and pleased !!! They also do windows, I booked a appointment and I will write a review when he does the job. I would recommend AJAX very highly !!! I will be using their services again.

Overall, it went very well from start to finish. I called and they called back very soon. I then scheduled an appointment. They showed up on time and did a very thorough job. My carpets look new again! They were very professional and I would recommend this company to anybody looking to have their carpets cleaned. I will be using them in the future (every six months to a year).

I would use Ajax Janitorial Service again in a heartbeat - they were fabulous. They came across as very honest and very knowledgeable. He's been in the business for a very long time and for him to be in business for a long time over in Ellensburg, you have to be good or nobody's going to use you. We're going to contact him again because we're going to sell the house and we're going to have him come in and his crew come in and do the final cleaning on the house, so yes, we'll use them again.

They usually have a 1 to 2 week waiting list; but when they come they are very professional. The carpet looks amazing after they clean and they are quick and efficient. I only use them for carpet cleaning but I think they provide other services. It would be nice if I could get a quicker appointment, but they are that good so they have a waiting list.
