Moving from out of state into a home you haven't even been in is not ideal. Robert Syverson was a Godsend. His inspection helped us get out of a bad situation and ultimately find a home that we won't feel burdened living in. His attention to detail, knowledge and experience was amazing. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, Robert was very helpful from the very first phone call to the completion of the home inspection. He kept me informed at all times and answered any questions I had. I honestly believe that his attention to detail saved me from making a life altering mistake. I know from this experience I will not consider purchasing a home without an inspector like Robert. I called a few before Robert, The others frankly, seemed uninterested and wanted to put it off for a few weeks! I truly felt like Robert, had my best interest at heart . Robert set the bar pretty high for home inspectors . Also the report was easy to read, very good detail and even color coded . Ill quit now, but, i was really impressed with this company!

Robert was very professional and did a great job explaining the process every step of the way! He provided helpful updates prior to our service date and was punctual, thorough, and efficient in his work. I appreciate that Robert provided updates and observations as he worked and also showed us a preview of what our inspection report would look like and how to understand the various findings that he would be writing up. I also liked the software Robert used to send his agreement, payment options, and the final inspection report. Before Robert left he also took some time to answer a few unrelated questions about my house as well. I had my inspection report by the next day. I highly recommend Robert and will definitely keep him in mind for any future services or referrals!

Robert went out of his way to do an excellent inspection going above and beyond the general requirements. He even made a trip back when we couldn't get the electricity on during his initial visit. Mind me, I lucked out and found an inspector located very close to us. My husband and I are quite pleased with his overall performance! All done with a pleasant and helpful attitude! Would not hesitate to hire him again if I ever have a need for this service.

The prices on everything has gone up, it was refreshing to get a break in price during the whole house selling and buying. Robert was great to work with. He was fast and detailed in the details about what he would be looking at and how he would go about it. Once the inspection was completed. He gave a thorough report and was available for questions. After his job was done he still had the courtesy of reaching out to see home my home buying process was progressing.
