Star West

I don't know that I can blame the technician that came out. Star west has a bad reputation for high turn over with their employees, because they don't pay very well and overload their techs. It is simple, underpaid and over worked employees don't do a quality job. I had them come back out to fix the hurried install that the first guy did (hanging cable, didn't program my remotes). Both tech were struggling with the equipment setup, which tells me they don't know what they are doing. Do a little homework on the internet, they have several laws suits against them by their employees (probably former employees now).

It went bad. I had to do most of the work. I ran cable through the attic while he was in the house hooking it up to the tv's. When I came in to check on him I noticed my medicine was moved. He took alot of my Back pain medicine. He smoked alot instead of working. And when I called his employer they said they would investigate but I have'nt heard anything.
