+ -1 moreWe had met Bill earlier in his office and were impressed with his graciousness and knowledge. Today we impressed by his helpfulness and the prompt resolution of our problem. His years of experience are apparent in what he does and the advice he gives. And his advice is of the sort that will help the customer preserve the product she has, rather than trying to push her into buying something new. His demeanor is both businesslike and friendly.
Description of Work: Bill responded promptly to my email request for help and came by my house the next day to trouble-shoot a problem I was having with my Hunter Douglas window coverings. He fixed the problem on the spot and volunteered to seek further information from the manufacturer for prevention of a similar problem in the future.
