Ed McLean was a very likeable guy who appeared to know what he was doing. I gave him a short list of items that needed taking care of, such as getting the laptop to print from our printer & figure out why the computer was so slow. He spent the whole day here, and when he left led me to believe that everything was okay. The computer was in the process of defragging or something, so he couldn't show me that it had been fixed. He said he'd send a bill for the extra hours over what I'd already paid for with the 'coupon'. No bill ever arrived, and it had to be because he knew he hadn't accomplished anything. The laptop still won't talk to the printer and my computer speed and other little problems were not fixed. If the problems were unfixable, he should have told me, or if he was just incapable of fixing them, he should have leveled with me. I would have appreciated his honesty. Instead, he wasted my whole day and my $70. I did not call them to complain -- the company consists of him handling the tech work, and his partner handling the business portion, so who would have fixed my problems? And they couldn't give me my day back. The only way I would agree that the problem has been 'resolved' is if they refunded my $70. Tech Team Seattle is the reason I let my Anglie's List membership expire. I was a member so I could find good people, but it didn't work out.

He was prompt and very efficient. He quickly understood every problem and was able to show me how to solve them, including some things I had not been told in my 1 to 1 session at the Apple store. I will definitely use them again.

Communication was prompt and excellent. There were many complicated tasks to be interrelated and revised in such a way as to make everything work well together.

My computer crashed just after I purchased this and didn't end up needing them. They were very friendly and said they can help with my new computer.

Ed from Tech Team Seattle came in on a Sunday (which already was a very nice surprise since I did not have to take time off from work) and worked on my extremely slow laptop. He explained everything he was doing very well and also gave good advice about how to keep the laptop running as good as possible considering that it is not the newest model. I then asked him if he could spend another hour at the same rate to take care of my very old iMac and very new iPad. He did that also and even took the iMac and an old printer for recycling. I was very happy with the service and would use the company again.

He did not listen well when I described my computer problem. He made a decision -- incorrect -- about the problem, and there was no discussion after that. He was not very forthcoming with any other tips to maintain the computer. My computer problem was not solved and no advice about what to do next .

They are wonderful. They have helped me so much. They are also clock minded. They have assisted me in so many ways. Ed makes it so simple. He is a good instructor on how to be more self sufficient user of my PC.

Unfortunately, my computer was beyond help and he wasn’t able to fix it. I was happy with their service though.

They were great! They fixed my problems quickly and efficiently.

I would absolutely use them again, and especially recommend to anyone who has limited understanding or patience with technology - ideal to send to your mother's house for troubleshooting!

I bought a lap top clean up because my machine was running slowly and I had a shut-down problem. Rebecca (coordinator) was very responsive and worked out drop off and pick up. She was easy to reach at all times after an initial miscommunication. The drop off was in a strange building in Lynnwood with not much signage. Once I figured out how to get into the building, the tech guy was pleasant and seemed knowledgable. He did an initial evaluation while I was there and pronounced it a straight forward clean up. I arranged a date a week or so later to pick it up but when I got there after work he was running late - Rebecca let me know. However, when he did arrive, he said he had to do something else to the lap-top. This took another half hour which was annoying. In the end I spent nearly an hour picking it up after working all day. He also installed de-fragging software and told me to run it when I got home, which I did and it took all night and some of the morning. I suspect this should have been done while at the "shop". Rebecca did send a follow up email some time later but I knew I couldn't be bothered to deal with the tech guy and drop off/pick up again to have things made good. Lap top bottom line: running about the same as before and although the shut down problem had gone away initially, it's now back. I was happy to find out I didn't have a virus. please note - I don't have the Lynnwood address any more so I made up a fictional address because i couldn't submit a report without an address .

Young man spent a good deal of time at our home, fixed our computer, was friendly, worked independently, and got the job done! o

He moved so quickly it was impossible to follow along - so I am not sure of all he did. He set some parameter incorrectly and by the time it was fixed, the hour was up. In the following days, I received errors that eventually stooped me from accessing the internet.I used another computer to diagnose my problem and eventually figured out what was wrong - and had to delete a registry entry (not something a casual user should be doing) and reset the internet settings to get it working. I did not call them back to fix the problem - so they did not have a chance to address it - I didn't want to pay for additional service.

Ed, the technician, was quick, efficient, friendly and thoroughly professional.

Absolutely wonderful! They got my computer running beautifully! and it cost allot less then I had expected. My mother was very impressed (and she is hard to impress :)

Purchased 2 hours of tech service for my sister in law. We had tried another company previously and she had a horrible experience. Tech Team was great, punctual, answered all her questions, transferred all her data, cleaned up her files, was patient and set everything up for her. Would recommend and use again

The guy that came out was very component. They were really flexible in terms of scheduling.

Very smart, friendly, smart, experienced technician, Ed, came out total of 2 times. Because the second visit was a continuation of the first, he extended the Angie's fee per hour I had paid. I found him to be very helpful, easy with the task, quick to spot a problem, very trustworthy, and looking for other issues he could help me with. A+++ service. Also, the owner Rebecca called to confirm, as well as to follow up. They will also help if you have issues about connecting TVs to wireless, anything they could do to help. They will be my go-to folks for any computer issues in the future.

I got directions from the Apple store but it did not work. The man from tech team arrived on time and was very professional and used plain english so I could understand. I am not a computer wizard! He was very nice and knowledgable and used his time efficiently. He got everything working in sync!

Tech Team Seattle found one in their office, however it didn't arrive until 6/30/2012. They told me twice it would be mailed & it was finally mailed 6/29/2012.When I conected the 2 pin phone cord the fax workes as well as the phone.WONDERFUL!

Absolutely amazing. From the moment Rebecca called to set up the appointment until Ed McLean was finished with my computer things moved quickly. I was called to let me know exactly when he would show up and Ed stayed an extra hour to finish up what wasn't quite completed and to make sure everything was in working order. He made sure I knew where everything was and how to get to it. His suggestions and his work were fantastic and I could not be happier with what he accomplished in two hours. I was given the same rate of $67 for the second hour of work and it was so worth it!!! I now know where I can go for on site help that I can trust and for suggestions that are extremely useful.

Very pleased with the service. Ed McLean was very personable and extremely knowledgeable about computer operations in general. He was very efficient in addressing all of my concerns about the new operating system, and third-party programs such as Quicken and Mozilla Thunderbird. Overall, the company is first-rate.

He came on time and worked quickly, listened to what I had as computer priorities. He took care of that and then cleaned out snags and junk that makes the computer slower. I gave permission to go over in time to do my requests and he charged me fairly. He was very professional and I thought he was honest and polite. I will hire him again.
