I would say that the venture didn't work out. He did a lot of work on my computer. I had 2 computers and he helped bring one of them up to day but then I lost a lot of the work that he had done. I had a computer shut down. I would say that the net result was that he made a small contribution and it didn't solve all of my problems. Actually, I am still working on some of them. Unfortunately, I would have to say it was not too positive of an event. I think he did charge me for an extra hour but I am not exactly sure how much. He gave me some instruction that was helpful, but in terms of solving my problems, he didn't do a lot. He was responsive when he was here.

It went well. He is prompt, understands computers and took care of the problems. He completed his work in one hour. This was the second time I had him here for computer problems.

They were punctual and very pleasant. They were efficient and worked very hard. They were very knowledgeable and were able to explain what they were doing in a way that I could understand.

Very willing to answer questions. Also, he started a "clean-up" program earlier than he would have liked. He could have started it just before he left. The result was that he had to sit and wait for it to complete. I wasn't charged for that extra time.

This was the third time I'd used Tech Team because they always do such a good job. I trust them and they are reasonably priced for the services they provide.

I paid the exact amount of the voucher I purchased; they didn't charge me any more, even though they spent a great deal more time on my computer. In the end I had to reinstall the OS from scratch, but not for lack of trying (virus removal) on their part. The technician was extremely helpful and polite. The office is extremely polite, helpful and followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied.

Tech was great! Arrived on time, spent over an hour, but only charged me for one. Was very professional and efficient.

Ed came and methodically went through the computer and fixed the issues that slowed the computer down.

It was a very positive experience! So much easier to have a tech come to the house, rather than having to unplug everything and take the computer in to the shop. The technician was right on time and solved all problems on my list. I was charged for an hour, but he spent more than that while waiting for diagnostics to run, etc.

We arrived at a date/time for Ed to come over. He arrived promptly and worked efficiently, while we ticked off the list of "to do's" that i had created before his arrival. He helped me with some snafus, and to get computer connected with various electronic equipment at my house, including new blu-ray system for TV, and back-up equipment that took a long time to complete because I had never had one before.

Easy to schedule. Arrived on time. Spent the hour eliminating unnecessary start-up items and clearing clutter. Managed to squeeze a bit more efficiency out of my PC.

My dad was having troubles with his new computer and Windows8. The technician helped him download some programs and unblock problems. Explained everything being done so my dad could understand. They will use Tech Team again!

I love Tech Team Seattle. I have worked with Ed before. He is very knowledgeable and conscientious. I asked him to clean up my son's computer which was running very slowly. After doing that, he explained that much of the slowness was due to deficient memory (tons of open windows - facebook, etc. while working on other windows) and proximity to the modem signal -wifi signal. When he ran the lap top directly through the modem with a cord, there was no problem. Ed suggested products and solutions that would help (he was not trying to sell me these products -- just explained what I would need to get). He also solved other problems as he discovered them -- put our printers on the main wi-fi network so we didn't need to plug in manually. Ed was excellent. Really diligent and thorough and knowledgeable. I have used him twice and will continue to use him. His work is excellent.

The only reason I stated I would not use them again is because I had never used an in-home service before and I have since established a relationship with a local PC repair shop and I carry the CPU to them when it needs service. Nothing wrong with this vendor.

His teammate is great. I feel like they are my friends. He is very good at what he does. They are so approachable I have no fear of asking questions. They are extremely professional. It is an art for someone to make them feel approachable, yet they maintain that professional touch.

Went well....computer is fixed and have had zero problems since.

He was terrific, very nice and very helpful. Would use him again in a nanosecond.

They set up my moms internet and it went well.

My desktop computer was running really slowly and I was concerned I had a virus. The initial scheduled time changed at the last minute because the technician got held up at another client. As it turns out, he wasn't able to come to my house until the next day but once he got there, he was very competent and knew immediately what the issues were. Aside from cleaning up the files and installing some diagnostic software, he recommended I purchase additional memory which I agreed to. He left to go buy the memory and returned the next day to install it and make sure my computer was up and humming again. This is a virtual company and the techs come to the customer which is so much easier than having to haul a computer to a shop to be repaired. Especially a desktop computer with a heavy tower. I would use this company again

They had a difficult time resolving the problem, and we had to work together over the phone.

I had trouble with my lap top it was running slow. He came by and was able to clean some things up from the registry and make it run faster.

It went well. What they were doing was moving some material of mine from an old computer to a new computer. They were quite responsive.

Ed McLean was a very likeable guy who appeared to know what he was doing. I gave him a short list of items that needed taking care of, such as getting the laptop to print from our printer & figure out why the computer was so slow. He spent the whole day here, and when he left led me to believe that everything was okay. The computer was in the process of defragging or something, so he couldn't show me that it had been fixed. He said he'd send a bill for the extra hours over what I'd already paid for with the 'coupon'. No bill ever arrived, and it had to be because he knew he hadn't accomplished anything. The laptop still won't talk to the printer and my computer speed and other little problems were not fixed. If the problems were unfixable, he should have told me, or if he was just incapable of fixing them, he should have leveled with me. I would have appreciated his honesty. Instead, he wasted my whole day and my $70. I did not call them to complain -- the company consists of him handling the tech work, and his partner handling the business portion, so who would have fixed my problems? And they couldn't give me my day back. The only way I would agree that the problem has been 'resolved' is if they refunded my $70. Tech Team Seattle is the reason I let my Anglie's List membership expire. I was a member so I could find good people, but it didn't work out.
