Description of Work: They came out and worked on my husbands computer for about 15 minutes and just said he needed a new computer.

Description of Work: They cleaned the hard drive and made sure there were no applications starting when the machine turned on that we didn't want. They also did some scanning.

It all works great. they were fast and went out of their way NOT to treat me like an idiot! These guys explained I had not misunderstood, I just had the wrong cord!. They went and got the right one from radio shack and did not even charge me extra time!

Description of Work: This is the third time I've used this service. We set this up so I could get my computer set up, add peripherals, and to teach me how to upload pictures. Ed McLean is the tech who has helped me. He's very knowledgeable, professional and a nice person. I would not hesitate to use the service again or recommend this company to others.

Description of Work: The job was done and done well. My printer now works so I am very happy about that. Ed does good work and both times that he's been out to the house I have been happy with the end results. Ed goes out of his way to make certain that other things are up to date as well, however, some of the things that were updated I could have done and saved myself some money. It would have been nice if the updates would have been run by me so that I could have chosen which ones I needed help with and which ones I could do on my own. This would have ensured that he was out of the house on time. Also, I asked for the names of some reliable printers assuming that he would be able to rattle off a couple of names but he went to websites and then printed out a couple that he recommended. Again, if I had known that it was going to take this long, I would have just done the research myself. Over all though I'm extremely pleased with the work done. I will have him back again when I need other things taken care of.

Description of Work: Ed came to my house at the appointed time and cleaned my computer, got rid of some un-needed stuff and helped with some trouble I was having with another program. We got that straightened and everything is working fine. I will recommend them to my friends who need computer help in the future

Description of Work: I hired Tech Team Seattle to diagnose/remedy my slow computer. The first appointment went well. Ed diagnosed the problem quickly, said my computer needed more memory, and that he would order the card and install it for no extra charge,except the cost of the card (the service was for 1 hour, and it wasn't all used). I heard nothing from Tech Team until I called them, and the part had arrived and they could come out the next day to install it. Well, due to a storm and power outage, the appointment was missed by over 2 hours. Once I called, Rebecca and Ed were very responsive. The card was installed and the COMPUTER WORKS GREAT! Rebecca offered one hour of free service to make up for the missed appointment time. This company, in my opinion, is skilled and on the right track.Better communication would improve things, but having a computer that works well is the bottom line for me, and they did the job. I would recommend them.Thanks Rebecca and Ed!

Description of Work: They cleaned up my computer and helped with software issues on both my computers. They also got my wifes computer to print to our printer wirelessly.

Description of Work: Ed spent 3 hours fine tuning my computer: removed malware, ran checkdisks, removed some unneeded programs, installed updates, cleaned files via Ccleaner, insta;;ed Windows Live Essentials for XP, moved virtual memory volume, reduced system restore to 10% on all drives. He was a delightful young man, personable and patient. I sat with him for the entire 3 hours and he was busy working the entire time. My computer works so much better.

Description of Work: Called Tech Team Seattle because I was experiencing problems with my laptop. The tech who answered the phone actually walked me through the process of downloading software to my computer.
