For 34 years, we have been serving the Seattle area for all of your window-covering needs. We started as a cleaning and repair company, serving our customers with mobile, same-day service, or drop-off cleaning and repairs. As our expertise and product knowledge grew, our customers trusted us to help them replace what we couldn't clean or repair. For the last 10 years, our dedicated Sales Department has served both residential and commercial clients. With 60 years of combined experience, our product knowledge can't be beat! The one concern that I have is their follow through. They did an very good job of fixing and describing what was the problem for one of my shades draw change. I also requested that they take window measurement for the purchase of simple blinds for one window. The service guy did take measurement and I selected a color. He indicated that someone else would call or send me a quote for my decision to buy or not. It has been two weeks and I have not seen via email, text or phone regarding an estimate for purchase.

All good, saved us money. One blind that broke was Levelor, it was 10 yrs old, they found there was 12 days left on the warranty, advised us., and they sent it to the factory. All we had to pay was shipping. Outstanding service and honesty.

Garrett and his aide were efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, on-time, and were experts on the subject of blinds and hardware. I received the old-fashioned type of service which is almost impossible to find these days. I'm very happy with the cleaning and repair of my aging shades. They look like new.

Eric was the consummate professional. On time, as well as a very knowledgeable expert. Eric worked extra time both days to complete the install of a new type of blinds from Ikea. Great job for the price of the install. Unlike TaskRabbit, Eric showed up and delivered. Eric receives 5 stars and an A plus.
