These guys are really professional. I took my blind to the shop and it was repaired perfectly in less than 48 hours as opposed to 3 weeks at any other firm I could find. They respond to phone or email immediately.

Couldn't quite finish the job due to complex assembly but convinced that they will come back after they do their research. Didn't charge me for the initial visit.

I have used them many times in the past just didnt realized they repaired blinds. They do a great job of cleaning blinds.

Have you ever thought about your blinds lately? You bought them ten years ago and really, except for an attempt to clean them using some “Made for Television” product, they continue to stay dirty. The strings catch or break. Yet you leave them alone because, while it seems simple enough, you don’t really know where to start. I’d like to suggest using Shine A Blind. First, they know blinds and how to clean them. Second, you can take your blinds in or they will come to you. Third, they are very easy to deal with, their prices are excellent, and they will investigate repairing any problems before replacing to keep costs down. Ryan set up the appointment and helped me figure out what I needed to do and how much I would pay. Akeem and Joey came over when Ryan said they would and the job was finished quickly with superior results. They did an excellent job of helping me to understand what was happening. Plus, my dog and two cats liked them. I can’t overemphasize how comfortable I felt with their service and support. My blinds look shiny and new which was the whole point of this exercise.
